House Cleaning reviews in Powhatan, Virginia

We've been using Set Cleaning for 2 months. Our first visit was the deep cleaning with Melanie and Ellamae. They did an amazing job cleaning the whole house. And they did it in 4 hours. I keep a clean house but they made it sparkle. They definitely worked as a team.
I requested Ellamae or Melanie to be my technician for my continued service. Ellamae now comes once a month and cleans the first floor of our house since the 2nd floor doesn't get much use. I am super happy with her work and look forward to her monthly visits. Everything sparkles when she leaves and she spends about 2 hrs on the first floor. She is very careful when dusting and vacuuming. In fact the rugs felt very soft and like new again after she vacuumed. I know if I need additional work, I can call ahead and that can be scheduled. Ellamae always has a smile and it's a pleasure working with her.

Tiana and Crystal were amazing! They did a fantastic job on a deep clean for my house just in time for the holidays. Felt comfortable with them in my home and my dog was cool with both of them too. Really great work!

Tiana did a wonderful job cleaning our house! She was kind and friendly and even connected with our cats.

Just had M&M (Melanie and Miranda) work a 'move-in' clean on the home we just purchased. They did a fantastic detailed job and made everything ready for us to move in without a worry. Thanks again for such a thorough job!

Excellent job, they do every time they come. Worst cleaning company I have ever had. I just got a phone call from them saying they could no longer clean my house because there was too much waste from my animals. None of my animals pooper, pee in my house. They all go outside. I don't understand what they are talking about. Uh it's ridiculous.

Set Cleaning has been cleaning our office in Powhatan for several years. Brandy and Samantha along with the rest of the staff do a great job. They clean while we are operating and they are always considerate about making noise and making sure they don't interrupt what we are doing.

Carrie is excellent. She is the only person I trust to clean my marble shower properly. She is reliable and trustworthy, and does an excellent cleaning job.

Miranda and Kelsey did a fabulous job cleaning our home. We look forward to continue working with them in the future. Save25

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service since moving to the Richmond area. A change in plans put me in a tight spot scheduling wise, but they were able to accommodate me for a one-time cleaning. The rep I spoke to on the phone was helpful and patiently talked me through costs and the scope of services. The crew did a great job. Multiple visitors have commented on how good the house looks. Booking, payment, and tipping were all easy, and can all be done online/electronically. They sent an appointment reminder text, text me the day of with an ETA, and text me after they had finished their work. I would definitely work with SET again.

Set cleaning has been great. Miranda always does a great job and we love how much she loves our puppies. They are always excited to see her coming! No complaints from us, and we would recommend them any time.

Cleaning For A Reason is an amazing opportunity to help you focus on recovery from cancer than trying to figure out how to clean your house. I am going through kidney cancer and they set me up with SET Cleaning who did an amazing job. I had just lost my husband, had multiple surgeries, found I had kidney cancer and had my kidney removed, so my house really needed the cleaning, but I had no energy to do so. Their team members were so professional, kind, considerate, and thorough. I strongly recommend giving them a call. What a blessing!

I was using another cleaning service and I wasn’t pleased with the job they were doing. I decided to give Set Ckeaning a try and WOW! I’m so glad I switched. The ladies were friendly and they did such a great job!

Shyra did an excellent job cleaning our shop. Highly recommend!

Carol and Lauren did a deep clean on my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. It is awesome to have the whole house clean at once. I would definitely recommend SET cleaning to others and can't say enough wonderful praises for Carol. She is an amazing cleaner.

Shyra and Nina did an amazing job and were very thorough with their work. We are getting ready to have a birthday party for our daughter and this has helped us tremendously. Thank you so much!!!

Today is the first day I’ve used Setcleaning. They did an amazing job! I am very particular about who I allow to clean my home. I am a neat freak, but I have to say I am extremely pleased with this first cleaning!!! Thank you ladies!!! As I continue to use Setcleaning, I am still amazed at the wonderful job Karin does cleaning my home. I would recommend her and Set Cleaning to anyone looking for a clean home. Update…even though I’ve had two different ladies clean my home, I continue to be satisfied with the job and their work ethic.

Brandy and Samantha team e are absolutely amazing. They always show up right on time, they are thorough, efficient, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. I wouldn't have anyone else clean my house because no one else could measure up to them

SET Cleaning has been amazing. I am currently going through breast cancer surgery and treatment and was originally paired up with another cleaning service through Cleaning for a Reason but there was an issue in regards to my location. Within less than an hour, I was in touch with Lettie at SET who got me booked for my cleaning which was perfect timing. She was able to set me up with a deep clean a few days before going in for my surgery so I could focus on preparing for and recovering from my surgery. My cleaning techs Brady and Samantha did a phenomenal job. I couldn't have asked for better. They respected my home and really focused on the areas that were more concerning to me as well as fully cleaned every room/part of my house. Both techs and office staff were very professional, courteous, kind and have really made me feel supported through my journey and have made it a lot easier to focus on recovering. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend SET Cleaning if you're looking for a great, professional house cleaning.

Shawna is amazing! With two dogs, two cats, and three toddler grandkids, Shawna got our house spotless. It was a miracle!
