The team at Hometown Heating and Air are amazing! They were quick to come out and diagnose the issue. They had the parts a few days later and came out as soon as they were delivered to install and get our unit up and running. It was after hours but they stayed until the job was done. We’re returning customers for sure!

I needed some help in a hurry this evening. I reached out to Hometown Heating after I was given some ridiculous prices from a company in Richmond. Harrison told me we don’t gouge each other here in New Kent and he was at our home 35 mins later. He worked tirelessly to fix the issue with a very very fair price. We had been looking for a quality, honest, fair AC company since we moved into the area. Our search stopped with the good folks at Hometown Heating and yours should as well. Extremely unprofessional. We had scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, and Zach decided that instead of meeting us there, he showed up early, went on to the property unattended and left before me or my fiancé could even make it to the house. He was not interested in meeting us or discussing options, likely because it is a Friday afternoon and he wanted to be off the clock.

Excellent fast service. Our Outdoor unit broke on a Sunday afternoon was giving the option to have a tech come out on that day or Monday. I chose Monday and the tech discovered a bad compressor. They went over all available options. I decided to replace the compressor and it was ordered and installed the next day. Excellent communication from what to expect down to when they would be here and how long. I would highly recommend Hometown and I am glad to have a trustworthy reliable HVAC company in our community.

I called on Sunday morning and they arrived within 3 hrs. Fixed the problem and completed a maintenance check for a reasonable price.

The second time I called was also Sunday morning. They arrived that afternoon, completely checked my system, and fixed the problem.

Third time I called, they were at the house within an hour. Great service.

Zach and team from Hometown were quick, efficient, and super helpful with diagnosing, repairing and helping us find a new AC system. 100% recommend them!

Would Highly recommend Zach and Hometown Heating & Air Conditioning. Came home on Sunday at 7pm from a 2 week vacation to a 90 degree house. A friend recommended I reach out to Zach who helped me diagnose the issue via a phone call while he himself was out of town. Even offered to come out that night when he returned. Purchased the part and replaced the next day and was back up and running. This is what I call service, it is hard to find this level of service/help these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve dealt with both of their technicians now; both are very knowledgable, polite, and go above and beyond. Genuinely good people and they make sure everything, down to the finest thing, is buttoned up before they leave. A family company not chasing dollar signs; they’re very fair on pricing and try to troubleshoot over the phone before running out to charge a service fee. My forever go-to.

Great company. These guys are very knowledgeable and always get me back to having cool air QUICKLY. I feel their rates are some of the best I have seen. I have had them at my house twice now (not related situations) and they always know what they are doing and do it quickly. Called them on 6/26/2024 at 4:55 pm thinking I would have to wait days to get service and they came out that same night. I will never call another heating and cooling company except Hometown.

Hunter is friendly and knowledgeable. For my AC system, he walked me though the measurements he took and explained each. I feel confident my AC system is good to go.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Harrison and Zach are excellent to work with, very professional and extremely responsive. I first called them to replace my HVAC in the heat of the summer and they came out the next business day, much faster and lower priced than any of the big companies around. I've called them for all the issues I've had since and they've resolved them at very reasonable prices, often the same day. 10/10 recommend them to anyone in the area!

The guys were very helpful, thorough and quick. They did an evaluation of the furnace and found some issues with the installation that we can have fixed under warranty. I really appreciate their professional help and kindness.

Great Service and Highly Recommended!!!! I called Zach for an issue with an HVAC unit not working , he diagnosed the issue on the weekend and assured the tenant that the unit would be fixed with in the week . After replacing the line set he let me know that the compressor was bad as well but under warranty , Zach found the compressor and replaced the part as well for no extra charge .
