Since we both retired and have more time at home, we noticed how much dust there was everywhere. Finally, we called in the professionals at Liberty for a professional air duct cleaning. They found years of lint buildup in the system and cleaned it. After the cleaning process was completed, the whole house felt much cleaner and fresher. It’s a relief to actually enjoy one’s home. The crew at Liberty was reliable and thorough with the job, and the air duct cleaning process was easy to complete.

When multiple tenants mentioned poor air quality in their apartments, I decided to call Liberty for air duct mold removal service. After the service was done, the air improved and the tenants stopped reporting problems.

I have people over all the time and the musty smell from the vents was really bothering me. Liberty came out and took care of everything in one visit. Now when guests walk in, they compliment how nice the house smells and I tell every single one of them about Liberty's air duct cleaning.

I have lived in Reston for years and I never really thought about what was hiding in my vents. I started seeing gray stuff around the edges, so I called for an air duct cleaning. The crew was awesome and very patient with my questions. They used a long hose and a brush and worked on every single room in the house. I was shocked at how much dirt came out of there. Now, when the fan blows, I do not see any dust floating in the sunbeams. It was a really good choice and I am happy I did it.

I fixed my diet, sleep, and workouts, but my house still felt off. It turns out the missing piece was the air I was breathing. I had Liberty come through to deep-clean the ducts, and the difference is night and day, everything smells so much fresher and cleaner now. It feels incredible to finally have my home environment actually vibing with the healthy lifestyle I’ve been working so hard to build!

I contracted this service for a simple gutter cleaning for our home in DC. The person who showed up didn’t ask us where our water system was so he ended up “cleaning” the very dirty gutters with the water that remained in them from a recent storm. We weren’t home so did not have the opportunity to review the work. It was shocking when we did. Since he only used the mud water in the gutter to clean them, there was mud and debris all over and I see the gutters. Over the ensuing week it dried. The owner responded promptly by apologizing and sent the same person back to clean again. He did a decent job cleaning one part of the gutters: had to power wash given the caked on mud. But he didn’t finish the job as he didn’t clean the large roof gutter. I called the owner again who promised me he would come in person but instead sent the same man. He was here briefly today and didn’t do much to clean. I am very disappointed in this company and do not recommend them to anyone who wants a careful and honest service.

Used this guy last year to clean out the gutters on my new (tall) house.
It was in the middle of a rainy fall season, and everybody was totally booked up and didn't want to know.
Very efficient, very responsive, very professional, very reasonably priced.
I just emailed him to clean them out again, and he responded same day, w/in the hour! On a Sunday!

Update (Fall 2019): Had a lot of trouble getting him back out and doing what I asked. Big waste of time. So, he's not on my list anymore. And, I don't want to mislead anyone, so I have averaged my initial 5 star w/ my current rating. I just used Peg Leg Gutters, which is pretty highly rated by Consumer Checkbook. Peg Leg cleaned and put gutter screens on, no fuss, no muss.
