Alex and the AAA team have provided my family with honest and great service for years. They never push expensive fixes, are honest, and provide high quality work. They have maintained our systems, replaced an AC condenser, and installed a hot water heater over 10+ years. Recently, Alex even texted me through a fix at 11 PM for no additional charge. With so many options out there, I would never hesitate using AAA HVAC.

This is the second time i have used AAA HVAC and both times have been great. Alexander was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Taught me about my system and explained what he was doing to correct my issues.

And they came out same day!

AAA HVAC was super responsive as soon as I gave them a call and seemed really interested in helping me out with a replacement Carrier unit. I had Costco (F.H. Furr) bid my townhouse for about 3-5k more than AAA (Costco has some rebates, promotions etc that got them within $1500) for a Lennox unit that I think is inferior.

Sean and Alex stopped by personally to measure my heat pump and air handler and walk me through some options and didn't try to up-sell me on humidifiers or a system bigger than I needed. Both guys seemed knowledgeable and professional (Especially Alex) in terms of their installation/products.

I ended up selecting a 2.5 ton 16 SEER Carrier unit that was installed about three days after the initial consultation. The crew arrived around 9:30 am and was totally done by 2:30. The heat blows hot and the cooling has yet to be tested since it's been an arctic winter in VA.

I deducted a star because the crew left me a reusable filter that didn't fit, and because they left some debris in the yard and family room after the install. Certainly not a dealbreaker because I suspect those guys were pretty busy and couldn't hang around for a site clean-up.

They also installed my 2nd Gen. Nest Thermostat at no cost, really. Alex and Sean even stopped by to make sure it was programmed correctly after the job was done. I'm recommending them to other people and will be using them in the future for maintenance etc.

Heck, they may even be my new plumbers.

These guys are fantastic. I’m admittedly not well versed on HVAC issues so I was nervous about handling my situation but Alex was able to not only put me at ease, but also walked me through the process for replacing my AC. Long story short, it stopped worked during the 10 day heat wave we had and he showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and VERY patiently, answered each of my mundane questions. Usually I struggle with repair companies not being responsible but he called me back every time I had a question and also communicated with me on text which is so convenient due my meeting structure. On repair day, they showed up on time, replaced the system and Alex called to check and make sure in was happy with their work. He also walked me through the warranty registration process. I appreciate the professionalism of this company!

Had a Water Heater installed by AAA HVAC Services today. Upgraded to a 75 gallon water heater. Looks and works great after the professional installation by AAA HVAC Services.

I had AAA HVAC Services come out to fix a Nest thermostat issue. The issue was quickly and accurately diagnosed and resolved. Also corrected an issue with another thermostat as well. Excellent service and expertise from AAA HVAC as always! I will be using them for our other HVAC needs in the future. I definitely recommend AAA HVAC!

Alex and team at AAA HVAC Services are phenomenal. I was experiencing an issue with my hot water heater that left me with no heat or hot water for 20 days at my new residential lease property. After the Property Management company called 5 plumbers to troubleshoot the issue, AAA HVAC was the 1st (of 2) contractors to properly diagnose my issue. Alex immediately identified that the Owner had installed the wrong type of water heater at the property and recommended a direct vent gas water heater instead. While it took some time to go through the approval process to get a new water heater from the Property Management company, it was such a relief to have a professional reputable contractor diagnose my problem. Alex was the first opinion that I personally trusted when troubleshooting this issue. He provided me with concrete information concerning my issue and why a new water heater was needed. On the day of installation, he did a superb job removing the old water tank and piping and replacing it with a new direct vent heater. My gas water heater closet and configuration looks so much better than the former job. Oh, Alex even tested the water and heat temperature before leaving and the best part is that within 1hr (like most contractors previously stated but failed to resolve), I actually began to have heat and hot water. I know I’ve found me a trusted HVAC contractor and highly recommend AAA HVAC Services for your plumbing needs.

I have been using AAA HVAC Services for two years and I could not have been happier. At first I was having my HVAC maintained, but when time came to replace my water heater, I ended up with having it done by these guys. Sean and Alexander were very professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Absolutely great service - responsive and truly treats an emergency situation like an emergency. My furnace was going in and out - Alexander came out the same day I called. Spotted the problem right away, told me what to do to get the furnace back up until he could get the parts. Furnace is fixed, and I will have heat during this cold snap!
