The technician, Andrew, arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. He was courteous and professional, introducing himself and explaining the repair process. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in simple terms, along with the repair's estimated cost and time required. There were no hidden fees or surprises—everything was transparent and straightforward. Andrew wore a mask and gloves, and he cleaned up the work area before leaving, which I appreciated during these times.
