Bathroom Remodeler reviews in Richmond, Virginia

Excellent! I now have a great quality (life-time guarantee), easy to clean and beautiful shower and sink. Chrome accessories really pop and are placed for both short and tall people which was one of my requests. Loved the process and really got to specify exactly where I wanted the grab bars, shower heads, etc. I highly recommend them!

So wonderful to use a locally owned business with an owner who is on the job, keeping us up to date on progress, doing absolutely amazing work and cares about the final project as much as we did. The person to call for bathrooms.

Scott and his team did a great job installing our shower. Found some items in our bathroom we didn't expect, but that handled it and got the job done. Did it in a week and it looks beautiful.

Completly satisfied with the customer service and quality of workmanship from Wayne and Scott. I was kept informed from the ordering of Oynx materials through it's installation. Wayne was timely throughout the process, returned my phone calls, and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. These two guys have got it together. To top it off they are nice guys. Hopefully I can use them again.

After 35 years we decided to upgrade our original fiberglass surround showers and started looking for the possibilities. We responded to a newspaper ad and were absolutely stunned at the prices we were given for just a shower!!! So we started roving around the Internet and found several variations of the shower base, walls and door models. One was the ONYX kit, which looked promising and had a distributor in Virginia. That's when we found Landmark Homes and Wayne Matthews. From the git-go Wayne was professional, friendly and generous with his time. We made an appointment to meet Wayne at Landmark Homes' ONYX showroom and were very impressed with Wayne's experience and the astonishing quality and range of the ONYX products at such a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with ONYX and Landmark Homes!

We found this company when they were doing a neighbors bathrooms and asked if they could give us an estimate . They were more than willing at that time , gave great estimates and performed services needed . We kept them on speed dial this year as we had some rotten floors under toilets replaced and set wrong and had slow leaks and we found them soon before I Lee fell through hahaha and they got on the project with a great estimate immediately. Timely and great workers . Accomplished project in amount of time given . End result was so much more than we thought we would get and will always use them for all plumbing needs . Happy happy customers

We now have an Awesome Bathroom. The WOW Factor is off the chart! Outstanding Craftsmanship, Attention to Detail, and communications. The friendly folks at Landmark Bath are a real pleasure to work with. If you want the best and a job done right I highly recommend Landmark Bath.

I would highly recommend Scotty and Landmark Bath. They were professional and achieved results that exceeded my expectations. Scotty explained everything thoroughly and was even able to save me money. He was always on time and very clean throughout the process. I appreciate their professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Scott was extremely responsive and communicative. I was pleasantly surprised when he not only did my initial quote and scheduled my install, but he also showed up and did the installation himself, very rare these days. I would highly recommend this company.

The shower, counter top and accent pieces around the tub were just as advertised. The material is top notch and very easy to maintain. Landmark did a fine job installing the shower and did it in a timely manner. Very pleased with the results. I recommend the product to anyone interested in upgrading their bath.

Landmark Homes Inc. did a beautiful and pristine job on our shower remodel. Not just one shower but two!..Big Thank you to Scott and Barry for always being responsive and on time. They do exactly what they say they are gonna do. Great Company to work with! Every company should use them as their business model.

Did an amazing job with shower and bathroom flooring replacement. They were efficient and very professional during the whole process. Very accommodating and understanding when my cat tried to investigate what was going on as well. I would recommend them if you have any renovation needs.

I am so pleased with Landmark. Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made excellent suggestions and kept my budget in mind throughout the process. His team were professional and clean, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my liking.
I have an older home and I'm doing things in stages as my budget allows. It's good to know that I have someone I can trust now. I will absolutely be calling them when I'm ready to have more work done.

Great work by Scott installing my new onyx shower. Easy to work with and finshed project in timely manner. Wayne and Scott do great work and are very friendly and have already recommended them to people I know that need new tub or shower installed. Keep up the good work.

We are so happy and impressed with our new shower! Scott is amazing, so friendly and professional! They finished the project in the timeframe given and each day they left they cleaned up and left no mess behind. If we have more projects we will definitely use them and definitely recommend to others!

Landmark Bath removed a fiberglass tub unit and replaced it with an acrylic walk-in shower. Their work was excellent. Scott and Nick were meticulous and took the time needed to do the job right. They cleaned up before leaving each day, and we were able to use the bathroom each night. Wayne was great to work with, explaining his products and giving us an accurate timeframe for completing the job. We could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

Scott, Barry & Wayne were easy to work with & talk to, when spending this much money it's good to find a company you can trust & depend on !!! The shower replacement went well, Scott kept us informed through the entire job. They cleaned up each day when they were done. we have not used the shower yet but were very pleased with how it looks. Scott from Landmark is phenomenal. Stands behind his product, exceptionally knowledgeable, willing to answer all questions, follow through is fantastic, and focuses on bathrooms, so knows his stuff. Would highly recommend for a bathroom renovation!

We hired Landmark homes to redo our bathroom floor and shower door. They did an excellent job! They were very reliable, courteous and professional. All the workers did a great job and were very friendly. We love the shower door and the shower looks a 100 times better than before. Scott was very knowledgeable and responded to all my questions very quickly. We would absolutely recommend them.

They removed old small shower and oversized jetted tub. Replacing with large shower and small linen closet. Not only did they do a great job but their professionalism was on point the entire time as well. Listened to my mom's needs and took the time to make sure everything was working for her. Thanks Scott and your crew. Job well done.
