They did a fantastic job! Caleb was helpful every step of the way. They showed up right after that big snow/ice storm and went to work! Zack even shoveled the snow out front, so we could park our cars on the road while they used our carport. The original design was 2 rounded corners, but Juan suggested that we have the patio edging run along the sidewalk, so he did that and it was even more beautiful than we expected. NOTE: The last picture was AI generated to show the grass and jasmine trellises behind the sit wall to hide the junction boxes.

Could not be happier with the process and result of working with Cleanstone. From our initial meetings with Wes and Zach to the install, we were consistently impressed with their attention to detail, flexibility, and how they anticipated issues and had plans to mitigate. They offered suggestions when we asked but did not make us feel pressured to choose one plan over another.

this is my third experience with Collawn, they did my deck two years ago and had them back for my roof last year. Just finished up my kitchen and I couldn't be happier, it looks amazing. The guys were great to work with and Mike and Anna did an amazing job on my design

KDC CONTRACTING, sent out an associate, Al was him name it's been almost 2 months since our conversation on what we would like to have done on the inside of our home no text, no call nothing. How does a company stay in business while treating a potential customers this way.

Tyler Mikelaites did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. He performed extensive cabinet modifications. installed seven appliances. A new kitchen window and new countertop and back splashes. He was very creative with the ceiling and crown molding for the new stove top exhaust fan. (Impressive) Tyler’s carful eye for quality workmanship was greatly appreciated! He’s the best finish carpenter and renovation contractor I’ve used for our home renovation. I can’t say enough about Tyler’s work ethic and workmanship! You won’t regret hiring Tyler with River City Renovations. Will definitely use him again as we continue our renovation.

KDC has done roofing work for me for 20 years - my house and my rentals. They stay busy, so sometimes I have to wait for non-emergencies - but I have been happy with their work.

Called KDC for a quote on a new roof and was told someone would call me back the next day (or the day after that) to set up an appointment. It's been a week and a half and no one ever called me. I won't reach out to them again.
