Came out to fix ceiling Sheetrock and garage wood. For the amount charged they basically just mixed up some compound and spread it on the ceiling. You can still see where the ceiling is bubbled and one area has cracks and then chipped to the point where compound came out in big chunks on the floor and kitchen table.
Project was done in May and by Aug. the ceiling was cracking and chipped. The image shows the crack and was taken before it actually started chipping and falling down.
As for the garage, they charged a very large amount to replace the slab of wood over the garage. This work was done fine but in speaking with the woman it was established that I thought (especially for that price) that the wood on the sides would be replaced as well. She stated that" we will get it done but it will probably not be until Monday (this was a Friday). I still have not heard back (this was 5 months ago).
In addition, at the time, we requested a quote on siding and still have not heard back on that as well. Not that we want a quote now but to still not hear back is a problem.
Gave a 2 stars for friendly service.
