We enjoyed working with Cesar and his team! They are professional, friendly, and highly trustworthy. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, with meticulous attention to quality and detail. They built a beautiful custom deck for us and transformed our outdated 1978 living room, which was long overdue for a renovation. As architects, my husband and I valued their respect for our designs and expertise while ensuring the projects met our high standards. I always felt at ease leaving them to work in our home, even when I was away. We look forward to having them back for another project!

We had the best experience with Ciera and her team. They were great communicators, and did an amazing job installing carpet and treads for our new house. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you again.

I appreciate this company so much! They were prompt, professional and affordable. They stuck to the timeline in time for my move and they ensured everything was cleaned up. I received multiple services and was nervous but they made the process stress free and I would definitely be using them for all projects going forward. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with this flooring company, especially Ms. Younger. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me choose the best flooring for my kitchen without ever making me feel pressured.

The quality of the work really speaks for itself. The installation was clean, precise, and completed on schedule. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship.

What stood out the most was their customer service. Communication was clear the entire time, and they made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it.

If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality flooring installation for a home or business, I would absolutely recommend them. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Huge shoutout to the team at Metzger Floors! I recently replaced our old carpets with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), my the process was seamless. They are Class-A contractors who clearly know their stuff. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and the final result is flawless. It’s rare to find a company that hits the trifecta of quality, service, and value, but Metzger delivered. Highly recommend for anyone in the Richmond area!
