We had some as my dad would say, "Jacked Legged" Tree cutters that came to cut some trees downs took half of the money and quit. We had three more looming trees our my property that made heavy rains and storms a very scary thing. These guys showed up and went right to work. No fuss, no bulls**t, just cutting and chipping. My neighbor across the street saw their work and ask them to cut down a single tree in her yard. "Let me contact my office and I'm sure it won't be a problem." and like that her tree was down. These guys are the truth. Very reasonable yet better than competitive prices. Hire these guys...

This company has been around for a very long time. I have never needed tree service but..... Someone on Nextdoor needed to get a cat out of a tree. So I called Flournoy and they said that they do provide that service. Well, they sent an estimator to check out the situation to ensure they could get to the cat. Sure enough, they retrieved the cat and everyone was very happy. Especially the cats brother!! lol

I have used this company at my 4 residences over the past 15 years. They are a top notch company. They have all the right equipment, and top notch people. Workers are courteous and always do the job without incident. They come when scheduled, and complete the job quickly and completely. You may find a cheaper estimate, but never a better company. Call them if you want the job done right! I highly recommend them.

AWESOME SERVICE! I got several quotes and found them very competitive but what convinced me was watching them on a neighbors yard working with care and friendly professionalism. They responded quickly to all my requests and needs. All the workers were professional and very friendly and I will have them back in a split second should i need them .

I took a chance on a ValuPak coupon and requested a quote to remove a large stump in my front yard. The stump was ground deep, including all exposed roots. Given the quality of service, I had an even larger stump removed in the back of my property. Again, great quality service and a great price. I highly recommend C.S. Flounoy.

I'm very mixed on my review here.... The people are very friendly and everyone from estimator, tree cutting crew, wood removal, to stump grinding were great and the quality was on point with what I expected. Prices are good once you negotiate with them. Where they fall short is their scheduling and communication. They are quick to come out and give a price... but once you give them the green light everything slows down. We had to call multiple times between each phase to get on their calendar for the next step. First it was "when are you going to come out & cut the tree down"... then "when are you going to come haul it away"...and the slowest... "when are you going to grind the stump"? It seems their business office has some opportunities in scheduling/coordinating and communication with the end customer to match the level and quality of the workers out in the field.

I recently used the services of C. S. Flournoy, Inc. The work was done in a quick, but efficient manner. The customer service was great! They were in touch with me along the way keeping me updated. The best part was the area where the tree stump and all the roots was being removed, after taking down the tree was marked appropriately by the utilities before they completed the job. The price was reasonable and they are listed on Angie's. Yes, I would use them again.

Michelle was very responsive and had us quoted and scheduled in 48 hours! The crew was timely and made quick work of grinding 7 stumps and leaving no mess behind. Excellent service at a great price!

Great reliability and service and expertise. They rescued me when another service that starts with an N didn't even show up or call me because they thought there might be bad weather when their wasn't and then couldn't even reschedule me for a while. I was both grateful for Flournoy's understanding and also extremely impressed with the skills and equipment and service, from the office to the estimator to the workers. They are the best!

I have used a number of tree companies over the years (live in a very wooded area) and C.S. Flournoy is by far THE BEST! After providing a reasonable estimate, I emailed and requested the work to be done. It was completed within 2 days. They did such a good job cleaning everything up, I didn't even realized they had removed the tree and ground the stump. Highly recommend this professional, reliable, and great company!

We've used Flournoy a few times now, for both tree work, and driveway grading. Sometimes they take a little longer to get back to me, but that's because they're super busy, because they do great work. Really happy with the professionalism of these guys. They do exactly what you ask, they're fast and efficient, and always clean up after themselves, so you end up with a great job, and no mess. I'd happily recommend this company to friends and family.

This company offers remarkable service. Each employee encountered was friendly, competent and professional. The service was rendered in a timely fashion with no damage to the surrounding lawn and excellent site cleanup. The cost was the most reasonable of 3 quotes obtained. Would highly recommend this company over several others we have used.

I needed trees cut away from my home. Every person I dealt with was a total pleasure- the estimator -Warner, the folks who answer the phone - Lisa, Michelle, and Cathy, the crew that did the work - Jerry and two other gentlemen. The crew arrived on time, took great care with every step of the process, from backing into my driveway, to listening to my concerns, to cutting the branches, and then cleaning up. This is a company that really cares about their customers. They have the skill and knowledge to do what is needed, and they do it professionally with care and concern. I can't thank these folks enough for doing this job so well. Oh and also the price - I got several estimates and C.S. Flournoy was the least expensive. Thank you!

Travis, Arthur and Josh did a great job removing a large tree from the back yard. They placed plywood sheets to protect the lawn from their bucket truck, carefully cut and lowered the limbs and trunk and removed all debris and raked the yard. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Very pleased with the experience.

Great work done by the C.S. Flournoy crew! We had a large tree that was bending over our driveway, plus the neighbors driveway and cable lines. Warner came out to take a look and provided us with a very reasonable quote. The team later arrived with the proper equipment to handle the job with ease while also respecting our property. Michelle in the office made sure all my questions were answered and sent me over all receipts/paperwork for my records. Had a terrific experience with Flournoy. Estimator, Warner, came quickly and produced his estimate that afternoon as promised. It captured accurately what we discussed. The tree team (Travis and Dustin) were on time, terrifically polite, helpful and cleaned up very thoroughly. Highly professional operation. Happy to work with them again.

C. S. Flournoy personnel were great to work with. They were very careful and removed a large tree that was close to my home but nothing got close to hitting my home. They were able to cut down the tree and remove the wood I'm one day. I'm pleased with their work.

Estimation and service were excellent. However, billing process is unacceptable. I was told I would be mailed an invoice rather than being able to hand a check to the man doing the work. I received a bill over a month later saying past due. I immediately sent a check but Before it was received, I received an obnoxious phone call about my past due account. I don’t pay bills late and this behavior is unacceptable. They chose to use an invalid email address to bill me and claim they texted me, but I got nothing but a paper bill followed by a rude phone call. It’s too bad because the service was good

Flournoy has been cutting trees and doing other work on my property for over 10 years. I would not use any other company. I trust Flournoy.

Michelle and Samantha, in the office, are very helpful with scheduling, payments, etc.

Warner, the Sales/Production Manager, is very familiar with the property. He's given me good advice over the years. I find him to be fair and honest.

The most recent project was scheduled on the heels of the late January/early February snow storms. The driveway was still mostly impassable. The team consisting of Travis (crew leader), Richard and Alexis (crew members) arrived on Wednesday morning as scheduled. Travis quickly found that they wouldn't be able to get their equipment up the hill nor finish the job that day. Despite these setbacks, the team went to work doing all they could under the circumstances. They spent the day cutting down the designated trees and gathering the debris for cleanup the next day.

On Thursday, Travis, Alexis and Ian showed up on time and ready to work. Much of their work had to be done by hand because of the continued poor conditions on the driveway and hill. It was slippery, muddy, wet and more. To say they worked hard would be an understatement.

Each team member was polite and professional. They were respectful of me and the property. They worked well together as a team. I never heard or overheard a complaint. They were skilled and worked in a safe manner with each other, Flournoy's equipment, and my property. They have my utmost respect and appreciation for what they do.

I highly recommend Flournoy to anyone needing tree work or any of the other services they provide.
