After reading a lot of reviews online for cleaning companies, I chose Let's Clean because they didn't have any concerning negative reviews, like some of the other ones did. It had been a long time since I hired a cleaning company. Lisseth and Elvira arrived right on time and worked very hard to clean my home. They were very thorough, and we keep finding more areas that we didn't realize they cleaned until we discovered them. It's like a little gift every time! My house needed a deep cleaning, even more than I realized. It feels so good to walk through it now. It looks and smells clean, even days after! I will hire them again because they totally won me over. Also, Belen was very responsive, and communicated well on what the cost would be, so there were no surprises. Elvira and Lisseth also communicated well and were friendly. If you want a trustworthy cleaning company, I recommend Let's Clean of Richmond!

Let's Clean of Richmond did a great job! They were on time, professional, and very kind! Martha and Patricia did a fantastic job cleaning my home and had my house sparkling from ceiling to floor when they were done! I will definitely be using them again! Belen and Yakelin were very professional and made the scheduling and communication a very easy process. 10/10!!

We never used a cleaning service before so this was our first experience. We did price comparing and Let's Clean was by far the most affordable for us. But that didn't mean that we were skimping on quality. The first deep clean was amazing. My house has never been so clean. And now we look forward to their service every 2 weeks. Belen is so helpful and responsive. We really are so so pleased with it and are really happy we ended up supporting local and taking the burden off of ourselves so we can hang with our kiddos more! Thanks to the whole team.

Great experience! We've never hired cleaners before and didn't know what it would be like. The team did a fantastic job. The business owner Belen was very responsive and flexible to help fit into our schedule of moving out. The two ladies Paulina and Bertha cleaned our apartment to perfection. Everything we asked for was done and it smelled amazing in there afterwards. Wish we would have used them more often to clean the apartment to keep things fresh. We just moved into a real house and would definitely use them again!

I am so glad I found “Let’s Clean RVA”! They have been wonderful! We had a deep cleaning first which even impressed my husband. Now we have them every 3 weeks for regular cleaning. They are thorough, conscientious and pleasant. And what I most appreciate is excellent communication with the owners. They are very responsive and great to work with!

Update: It’s now been over a year and we are even happier with this service! Maria is wonderful! Very conscientious! I love my house after she has been here!

Paulina, Silvia & Raquel did an outstanding job with our first deep clean, staying late to ensure the job was done completely and thoroughly! Our house has not looked this good since we moved in! I have had my home deep cleaned by them twice now and they’re amazing! They go the extra mile with little touches like flawlessly folding blankets and towels and then thoughtfully displaying them in places I never thought of! They will rearrange your pillows in a pleasing way, and then do little folds on your paper towels/toilet paper. But the actual cleaning itself is amazing. My house looks better than it ever has! I trust this team to come into my house when I’m not there and know they will always do a wonderful job. Thank you!!!

Let's Clean does the most wonderful job! My last cleaning was absolutely exceptional. Diana did the most incredible job. It is such a stress relieving experience to walk in to a sparkly clean orderly home. I recommended them to a neighbor and she loves them too!

Let’s Clean is a female owned and run business I have been working with for 5+ years.
They do commercial and in-home cleaning well and they are GREAT to work with.
The cleaning team is thorough, fast and kind.
They also ask you to check their work which I think is telling because they stand by the services they provide.
I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling.
Maria comes once a month now and she is fantastic.

Let's Clean is amazing!!! They came to my house for a deep clean the first time and WOW my house was even cleaner than when we first moved in. They were able to get out marks on my tub that I have been working on for years. They are so professional and thorough and I would highly recommend hiring them for all of your cleaning need. Hiring them for a monthly cleaning is a must have if you don't have the time to do it yourself and you won't regret it.

We hired Let's Clean for a move-in cleaning on a new apartment. Not only did they fit us in on short notice, our cleaner Janelis did a wonderful job! It's such a comfort to be moving in knowing that our new home is thoroughly clean. Communication was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use this service again in future!

I would avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve used them for multiple cleans, but today was a really bad experience. The cleaner let our cat outside — and it’s important because we were loyal customers and she knew / is familiar with our cat. Accidents happen, but she didn’t say anything, and I called / texted throughout the day and got NO response from Lets Clean. Complete silence.

We could’ve been out in the neighborhood looking WAY earlier than we did.

Sharing this because I really hope others aren’t put in a similar situation. I will never use them again.

Maria has cleaned my house for several months. She does a monthly clean with sporadic deep cleans, and I am very pleased with the service and the price. She has great attention to detail, and the company always works with me to ask what areas of the home may need special attention before each scheduled cleaning. Maria is kind and thorough, and I love when I come home from work after she's been to the house because things are orderly, spotless, and the whole house smells amazing! I am a happy customer!!

The cleaning service cleaned for me on Saturdays as our home isn’t open to anyone during the week because we work. I booked a cleaning 2 weeks in advance and at 6:15am the morning of the cleaning ,the owner text me to say the young lady couldn’t make it. The young lady always had done a great job cleaning. This is my issue, the owner should have enough workers and should always have a backup for every cleaning appt. This is right before Thanksgiving. I am not happy!!
