Awesome work I can't express how lucky I was to find a dependable group to take care of all our needs from new construction cleans to daily upkeep. And the quick response to questions or scheduling they take care of it all.

My daughter asked to take a shower upstairs. I tried to turn on the shower in one bathroom and it's not working. Barely any water is coming out of it… One stream of water. So I took her to another bathroom and water spraying out of the top of the showerhead. These bathrooms are almost never used, although they get cleaned. I've already replaced the shower head in a third bathroom after it was broken when the cleaning ladies came, probably 9 months ago when my brother was staying here. I never said anything, but it was fine then completely cracked after the bathroom was cleaned. This is in the same bathroom as the faucet that was also broken (and still is). I don't understand what they're doing but too many things are getting broken. I tried to go pick up my painting that got knocked off the wall on Saturday to see if they had finally repaired it and the shop was closed. But I also have to fix the molding to the stairs somehow. A chunk of wood was taken out of the trim when the painting was knocked off the wall.
I'm getting really frustrated. Except for the painting, which they couldn't hide, they seem to be breaking things yet not telling anyon

I Always enjoy seeing the ladies arrive! I know I am going to get a whole house refresher! If I need something special the office staff is super accommodating and somehow makes it happen!
