Hertless Air Conditioning And Heating Mechanical sent a man smelling of alcohol to my home, a half hour before the appointment time that literally came in making no sense and saying I refused to pay him, and he had not even looked at my HVAC unit. I had to ask him to leave as I was home alone and did not feel safe with the way he was speaking to me and not making any sense. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am glad he acted erratic before I let him work on my downstairs AC Unit. He probably would not have fixed it correctly. Be careful with these repair people you are letting into your homes ladies. I normally do not let them in unless my husband is home, but he showed up earlier than the 11am-3pm slot that we had allowed for the appointment. In hindsight, I probably should not have let him in. Lesson learned.

Extremely rude and disrespectful to my mother. Poor quality and awful response time. The owner of this company is the one who came out to fix our heat and was blatantly rude to my mother who is a senior. They took over two weeks to come out to fix it and then were two hours past the time they quoted her.
