The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Scheduling was easy, and the technicians arrived right on time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. After the cleaning, the house felt noticeably fresher. It’s a service I’ll definitely keep up with moving forward.

We have five indoor-only rabbits (all rescues, various breeds) who free-roam the living room and den, shedding fine fur and hay bits constantly. For years the vents had visible white-gray fur halos around them, and every time the blower started little clouds of rabbit fluff would float out like snow, landing on furniture, laptops, and even in our tea cups if we left them out. My oldest son (who has mild allergies) started with nonstop itchy eyes and a scratchy throat that made studying miserable—he’d pause homework to rub his eyes and sneeze. The rabbits themselves developed more frequent sneezing and runny noses; the vet said it was likely environmental dander buildup. I looked inside a vent and saw the duct packed with matted rabbit fur that had felted into solid gray blocks over time, mixed with thick hay dust and regular debris. The technicians were incredibly gentle with the rabbits—they let them hop around the gear, worked around their favorite tunnels, and even paused when one got curious about the hoses. They spent over seven hours extracting enormous fur mats that had blocked branch lines, plus heavy dander dust and household debris layered on top. The collection drum was full of this fluffy, dirty-gray mess five times. After they finished the air felt noticeably less “rabbitty”; no more fur clouds from vents, my son’s itchy eyes and throat cleared up within ten days (study sessions are sneeze-free now), the rabbits sneeze way less and their noses look clearer, furniture stays fur-free for days instead of hours, and the house smells fresher overall—no more that background hay-dander scent lingering after cage cleaning. It’s been fifteen months and the five-rabbit household finally feels breathable and comfortable for everyone.
