The board members of English Oaks community wish to thank the members of N. Chasen who worked on our repairs to twelve of our homes. We also wish to thank those who handled the paperwork, scheduling and finances for the job. We appreciate the quality work that was done and the outstanding service that was provided by the N. Chasen team.
Special thanks goes to the two team leaders who provided outstanding guidance in determining what needed repair and explanations of how the repairs should be done. The team leaders worked well with their co-workers to get the repairs done as efficiently and carefully as possible.
Special thanks are also due for the professional responsiveness by the Head of the N. Chasen Repair Divison Shane McCartney and the two team leaders Gerald and Pete to my multitude of additions and email requests after the original contracted list of repairs were agreed on. Your efforts and attitudes kept the stress levels of our Board members regarding this project at low levels.
The English Oaks community further wishes to thank the repair men and painters who worked in the hot temperatures and oppressive humidity of this past summer for our benefit.
In 2018, English Oaks is scheduled to repair and paint seven more homes. N. Chasen will be hearing from us in the spring.
