Kitchen Remodeler reviews in Richmond, Virginia

Did a great job on my kitchen. Easy to work with.

Can't leave a good review for a company that doesn't even show up for the initial consultation. Zero professionalism. Called to see why they didn't show and was told the person was in a meeting. Avoid them.

Did a great job! Took out a load bearing wall and added a post that opened up our living room and kitchen. Installed new cabinets, new floating shelves and appliances. Just too much to list. SUPER JOB!!

We used Pinnacle to remodel (2) kitchens for us, one locally and one at our river house in Kilmarnock Throughout each project he and his crew were first class! Looking forward to working with him on our bathroom project

They are very friendly people and addressed all our concerns. We are happy with the results

We want to thank you for the wonderful job you did remodeling our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful as is the floor. The backsplash looks just like we imagined. The appliances were delivered right on time. And the countertop is fabulous. We appreciate so much that you stayed on schedule. And Ed paid such close attention to detail that it all looks great. It was a pleasure being your patrons. We would recommend your team to anyone.

The Pinnacle team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. Everything went smoothly and they stayed on schedule.

My husband and I wanted to redo a very large, but not very usable, master bathroom in order to make it easier for us to age in place. I had some general ideas about what I wanted, but I'm not great at visualizing how things will look. Steve Huber, the owner and designed, provided us with a printed layout that helped me to see exactly how things would change. (This was not included at all in one bid we got and it was something you paid extra for in the next bid.) In addition, Peggy Huber went with me to pick out all my finishes, plumbing fixtures, granite, etc. It was just the kind of hand holding I needed to give me another set of eyes! So the planning process was very, very easy.

Work began on time and although we had some down time I hadn't expected, most of it was because of summer vacations and some problems with the tile distributor which was not the fault of Pinnacle. But the people that came to do the work - from those that did the demolition, the carpenter, dry wall installers, electricians, and plumbers and tilers - they were all excellent and I am so pleased with the functional, lovely bathroom that we have now.

Doing a major bathroom renovation is now cheap, but Pinnacle's price was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Communication was great, and even when I wanted to make small changes after work had started, they were accomodated with graciousness!

I highly recommend Pinnacle Cabinetry and Design for any home redesign work you might have.

Pinnacle Cabinetry remodeled our kitchen over 10 years ago and it still looks and functions wonderfully. We get compliments on our kitchen to this day. They were great to work with helping us choose designs, layouts and appliances. All the work was done promptly and we were especially impressed at how clean the job site was maintained. This was a major concern since the kitchen is in the center of the house, but they did an excellent job of minimizing dust and it was a full remodel - cabinets, floors, drywall removal, etc. I would highly recommend them.

We had BOTH of our bathrooms remodeled/upgraded by Pinnacle Cabinetry and Design. We were trying to get one bathroom handicapped accessible for our Mother/Mother-in-Law to come and live with us. Pinnacle did a WONDERFUL job! They communicated with us every step of the way! They made sure if an item was going to be delayed by supplier, they continued to work around the delay! They made sure we were satisfied every step of the way! We HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle! Thanks so much for the great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carol and David Evers

very responsible and they do things as if it were theirs. They give you very good ideas and good advice that will be the best for your home.

I contacted Rodolfo with J1R Construction Inc about turning my attached, covered carport into an enclosed garage. I got two quotes on the job and they came back very comparable. What swayed me over to using this company was the owner's habit of responding very quickly to any questions and concerns I had. The construction crew handled demolition, framing, insulating, hiring a structural engineer, drywalling, concrete floor painting, and finishing. I handled the electrical portion by my choice and the crew was able to work around that.

The company was able to provide proof of insurance and licensure and was able to handle the permitting process entirely. There were some delays to the scheduled work because of the county - several different inspectors were sent and each had different expectations. All delays and their sources were communicated with me promptly.

The finished product looks great inside and out. I am extremely happy with my garage and would use J1R Construction again.
