My lawn professional Rob was amazing! He replied quickly and completed the job as requested . Rob made sure to make contact before and after he completed the lawn through the app, this made it easy to give details and answer questions! I recommend using this service and ask for Rob!

LawnStarter came to the rescue when I needed them most! My lawn mower just recently broke on me and I needed my yard done asap. They found me a pro in less than 24 hours. Robert immediately reached out to me to discuss what I needed done and the condition of my yard. He arrived at my house and took of the home quickly . I didn’t even catch him by the time I got off work. It was nice to come home to the house looking so good and knowing I didn’t even have to be home for it to be done CORRECTLY. I will continue to use this service. 10/10 would recommend

LawStarter LawnCare Services truly impressed me! I had accidentally opened an account in the past without using it, and when I finally reached out, their customer service was outstanding. They quickly connected me to the right department to unlock and reset my account, honored the discounted price, and scheduled bi-weekly service to help with my severe allergies. Two friendly workers arrived on riding mowers and had my lawn looking great in no time—fast, professional, and hassle-free! Highly recommend!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. First they told me they were coming on Monday. I called to confirm and then waited all day for them to arrive. They came on Tuesday. Next, when they came they cut my lawn however they wanted even though I specifically requested that they cut the grass low. You can see from the pictures (taken AFTER the lawn service) that it barely looks cut. Additionally, they did not cut the long weeds growing out of the walkway even though I paid for full lawn service. I asked the lead employee who was in charge of the crew and he was very rude and refused to fix it or allow one of the crew members to fix it. They left without resolving the issue and did not care one bit. This was my first time doing business with this company…and my last. I immediately called customer service and cancelled my subscription. Beware of this lazy unprofessional business!!

Our Lawn care technician ( Thomas) is awesome, he ensures that our lawn is “squared away “ I am always impressed with the work he does. I noticed that he always ensures that our lawn looks beautiful and well kept. Our technician always stays in communication with us and is very professional. Never have to worry if he is going to show up or not. If they make an appointment time he always shows up at set time . Highly recommended

Love using LawnStarter!!! It’s so easy—set it up and they show up. It’s one less thing on the to do list on these beautiful weekends. Prices are comparable to similar services in the area but LawnStarter has beat them by a few dollars usually. So a good deal and you get your time back on the weekend. My pro is great and communicates if there’s any issues that come up last minute. He lets me know when he’s on his way so I have a heads up. I can do everything from the app—pay; tip; leave reviews; request other services (there’s a lot!); reschedule; etc. I recommend LawnStarter to anyone who values their time on the weekends as much as I do!!

LawnStarter is a good central APP to locate local lawn care pros. The key is that it offers a critical ‘layer of accountability’ in your communication with the independent lawn person. I had a bad situation where the lawn guy I independently sourced on a ‘naked Google search’ was sending me bills ( which I paid immediately ) but, the guy wasn’t cutting the grass! LawnStarter, on the other hand, provides that absolutely necessary layer of accountability. If a lawn care provider isn’t responding appropriately, isn’t providing you with pictures, proper cutting, etc., LawnStarter immediately steps in and matches you with a ‘more responsible’ lawn pro. I am quite pleased with my new Pro, Sedric at Lawn Barber. He’s uber-responsive and ‘makes it all happen’, no headache or worry involved. He is now my ‘trusted partner’ in lawn care. Vendors beware if you sign up with this platform. My introduction to this platform was this.

I show up to a customers house driving 30 minutes to the job. The lawn is already mowed. I submitted that information in the application. I followed up with customer service to see about atleast receiving a trip fee. Nope they said im not eligible for that as someone new to the platform. Apparently you don’t become eligible for trip fees until you reach a blue tier. All I can say is if you accept a job make sure its close to your start point in case this happens to you. Otherwise you’ll be driving to assigned jobs for free not knowing what you will get when you arrive.

If I could give it a zero I would.. reschedule without communicating even though I received a message stating they would be on their way.. instead they came a day later where here for 10 mins missed an entire large section of my front yard and behind my fence and left it long even though I stated to cut short looks like a 5 year old had fun with a mower.. they did no edging which is included or blowing.. LawnStarter was contacted and they refuse to refund for this service.. now my husband had to come home from work early because we have an HOA and god forbid the lawns look out of regulation we will get fined. Does anyone do a good job anymore it’s ridiculous.

Eric helped get my rental property cleaned up for new tenants, all weeds removed and lawn cut. Great service will call again!

Mr McCarthy does a great job. He was on time gave me options for my driveway. He fixed my driveway I can use it with out any issues anymore.i would highly recommend him for work.
