I am a huge fan of The Great Big Greenhouse! They have such knowledgeable staff and a great selection. I came in last weekend for a few things and I stopped to ask a questions about a plant I already had. Chelsea was so helpful and identified the plant and could tell me how to care for it better. She also made some great recommendations for easy care plants. I highly recommend a trip to TGBG!

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. A little bit more pricey than cross creek nursery. Their soils options are better with fox farm products.

Their indoor plants are great. But they dont sell smaller options. They're either massively big or already grown. I love watching my plants grow.

So it would be great if they offered either seed, smaller options, or even propagated cuttings made to sell. Since they dont offer those I have to go on Etsy to find those options.

It's a darn good thing I don't live near this nursery! This place is awesome! They have a beautiful selection of plants, garden supplies and decor. I was pleased that they have a native plant section. I was so happy that they had a plant I've not found elsewhere. Definitely check them out!

Selection is pretty decent if your new to indoor plants. Good pricing for the smaller stuff. Some bigger plants prices little meh.
Inventory over all is pretty decent. Covers all your basics youd need.
Eager for the outside area to fill up and see what they bring in this summer.

Most incredible green house ever! I go here so frequently. It has the most wonderful staff and management, with such a beautiful variety of plants from rare to basic, and all thriving! I collect rare plants and have scored some incredible additions here, at a reasonable/ amazing price.

Pretty large selection so they should have everything you want and need. I believe they're affiliated with Merrifield, and we being from Northern Virginia, have a few of those stores, and are familiar with the stock they have. The big difference id say is that this store doesn't have many, if any, rare plants. This place does have larger plants which is harder to find.

I could have stayed and lived there. It was beautiful! The plants are organized, full and healthy! Priced reasonably too which we all love to hear. I got some micans that were 15.99 and a funky begonia that was 6.99 I think, and they had 20% off houseplants! Every staff member I saw asked if I needed any help and were so friendly! I will be making the trip back!

Today my lawn was treated by Rick Mills. He introduced himself and viewed and listened to my concerns. He proceeded to treat my lawn with a meticulous method that covered my entire lawn with attention to the details. Previously my lawn was treated quickly, but not with attention to detail because I to constantly call and complain about the weeds. I believe Mr. Mills approach will provide the results I expect. As of now, I do not want any one other than Mr. Mills treating my property. If this is a problem management needs to call me and explain why.

TruGreen is responsive to questions and concerns and offers a solution. During my most recent service, the worker was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Frank Ware was friendly and professional. Great service.

Kevin Levy is a very good specialist. I learned a lot of knowledge for him today. And I wish for him to continue to serve my lawn. Thank you.

This is my second year with tru Green since our house was built a year ago and we r very please with the up keep tru Green been providing,I will recommend them to any of my friends and family

Service today was the application of fertilizer and weed control. He took the extra step to apply weed control on my lattice, work of my deck. I do appreciate his consistency for arriving on time and keeping me posted on the Trugreen tracking app.

My last service with David was awesome and for this tree and shrub service I am giving a 5 star. There was a mixup with a wrong address that TruGreen fixed but only after a couple of customer service calls. If not for David’s work, this would be a 4 star review.

I did express my concern to him about his not wearing an industrial mask to protect him from the chemicals that he was spraying. He was receptive and told me that he would start wearing one. I am satisfied with what I saw him doing. And, I will be watching the progress of his work with our lawn. Thank you.

Our TruGreen Lawn Specialist Rick Mills Branch No 5825 answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very professional and kind. Our lawn is the true meaning of TruGreen. Keep up the great work!!!!!! 🙂

Rick mills did my lawn with fertilizer. He was very professional but most importantly he asked me what I wanted and he listened. I own a lawn care company so I do know a few things. He assured me of his work and showed me what he did. Very satisfied!!!

Rick Mills Sr. Was my lawn care specialist. He did an awesome job explaining the services and what to expect as well as how to care for it in between services. I look forward to a beautiful green grass and would also like to request Rick Mills Sr. to do future treatments of my lawn care.

I definitely would NOT recommend TruGreen. They aerated and over-seeded my yard last August. Then right afterwards, they put down liquid weed killer. Needless to say, this totally messed up my yard. To correct this, they offered me 2 additional services which they did. They also said they’d give me another free aeration this September. When I checked into this last week…I was told that I have to be an “active” customer in order to get this “free” aeration, and I’ll need to renew with them for another year. When I talked to Customer Service…they said this wasn’t right….they’d check it out and call me back the very next day. Needless to say, I’ve been “ghosted” by TruGreen. My yard looks as bad as it did when I initially signed up with them.

I had service that I did not need for trees and scrub sevice. I canceled that service on the 12th of July. Service was prepaid and still haven't received my refund. Every time I would call and speak with a customer service rep they wouldn't be tracking a refund only an credit.I don't need an credit I want an refund. My other service for lawncare, which was subpar, I had weeds that was not in my grass prior to them coming to spray. My grass is discolored and has bald spots. I waited for an month to see if the weeds would go away. I have been waiting for that refund back for two weeks. They made an mistake when they try to refund me my money back. They had the wrong expiration date, said it was an credit card when it was an debt card. An tactic that I believe they knew what they was doing. The card was charged with the correct expiration date and it was an debt card. It's not rocket science you know when an card is an credit card ir debit card by the first four numbers. The reps are incompetent and I am still waiting to hear back from an supervisor. I will not use them again ever. Too much hassle and they do not value you as a customer. They lost an potential long term client. At this point I will manage my own lawn. You can't can pay the professionals to do it right. What happen to every call being monitored for quality assurance purposes and training. If that's was the case,all the recordings and notes would have been accurate. Poor service, I hope that no one have to experience what I had to go through and still going through. I have canceled both services and still waiting for the first refund check for the tree and scrubs service. There's no telling when my second refund check for the actual Lawncare service will get reimbursed back.
