Called because of blocked toilets and a broken faucet. Was told septic problem and charged $244 for visit and faucet fix. Hanover Septic came out and septic tanks ok. Had them drained. Carroll came back twice with roto rooter and power wash for $1000. Told us line to septic tanks had roots growing in and needed to be replaced for $4200. Called Hanover Septic and they did the job for $1300!!

Jake and John did a great job removing our leaking old electric tank water heater and replacing it with a new Rheem unit. Jake also gave advice on some other needed plumbing repairs.

Overall I was happy with the actual work performed by the plumbers but I found Carroll to be unprofessional when it comes to billing/pricing. I was sent a bill will just a total amount, my requests for an itemized bill (something that showed labor/material/etc) was seemingly ignored. I suspect they charge as much as they think they can get instead of the actual work/services they performed. I would be hesitant to use them in the future.
