Paul and his whole team at Douglas Aquatics have been great to work with. In 2025 they replaced my aging liner pool with a beautiful Gunite pool with all the bells and whistles, and a very effective array of hardware and control systems. Pool sanitation and water flow all fully automated.
During construction last year and all season long, including reopening this year, Paul, his office staff and pool technicians are always very responsive to any questions and calls for help. For example, yesterday I mistakenly use expired test strips to conclude that my water chemistry was way off. Shot a text to them late in the day. They had Shawn at my house at 7am this morning. Confirmed that the pool chemistry was right on target and helped me with a couple of other questions. Service like that is rare these days. Douglas has been my pool company for 13 years. -
