Extremely reliable service. They responded quickly and communicated clearly. They showed up when expected, verified the job, and completed removal of all 4 stumps, as well as several "baby" stumps in the area. They left the area raked flat when done. Easy payment options. What an amazing experience! We have used Bloom Stump Removal for the second time and couldn’t be happier! Great service! Professional work in every way. Our first stump was enormous! A gigantic pin oak that fell during a storm that was approximately 60 years old. The stump was elevated and had large runs for roots. This stump was a monster. We snapped a picture just like they said and received a quote promptly. We agreed on an appointment date, they came on time and stayed most of the day tackling that beast! They also removed several very minor stump knots from our walk way and removed the debris from the area. This was an outstanding job and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the work they did so much we made another appointment for approximately 9 additional stumps. Highly recommended!!!!! You can’t go wrong with this amazing team! Bloom was great to work with! Scheduling was easy and they took care of getting our utilities marked before the work day. We had one stump that was hard to access and they initially said they couldn't get their machine back there to dig it up. However, they sent a video of them digging it up with hand tools on the day of. They do great work for a great price and obviously take a lot of pride in it as well. Highly recommend!
