Completed a very complex addition to our home. Very creative, resourceful and able to trouble shoot to come up with out of the box solutions that dramatically improved the functionality, astetics and value of our home.

We had work done by THS on our deck - but experienced a subsequent complication related to their work. Despite numerous calls and messages, the company failed to respond or address the issue. We ultimately had to seek alternatives to fix the problem. Very poor communication and an unwillingness to stand behind their work.

We’ve partnered with THS to build multiple Marco’s Pizza locations, and they’ve consistently exceeded expectations. Their team is detail-oriented, creative, and incredibly smart when it comes to design and engineering. They anticipate challenges before they happen, bring practical solutions to the table, and their subcontractors reflect the same high standards. Communication is thorough and transparent every step of the way, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. I own several Dunkin Donuts restaurants in the Richmond VA area have been utilizing there services for the past 10 years. They are efficient, innovative, responsive and provide high quality construction services at a very reasonable price. They have also done a few residential projects for me as well there is no project too small or too large. I have a couple of projects already scheduled with them for 2025 and will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.

OKC is simply the best supplier of outdoor kitchen related products in Virginia. They carry many product lines that are top notch at great prices. They are very knowledgeable and their installation is second to none. I wouldn't source my outdoor kitchen needs from anyone else.
