I've left voicemail after voicemail and nothing. I left a a voicemail today 6/10/19 no longer using their services, and will not pay any further billing. Able has been caring for our landscaping for years with great art and reliability. Their staff is always professional and friendly. They have advised on several projects and completed the projects beautifully. I highly recommend Able.

I had a three zone irrigation system installed last June. Since then, i have personally had to replace everything that they installed with the exception of the actual pipes in the ground and the control box in the garage. Most of the heads have failed, check valves in the heads have failed, poor coverage (setup by the installers) caused massive turf damage, and the list of poor workmanship goes on. When I contacted them to help with the coverage problem, the installer changed out the nozzles, far exceeding the available pressure of the system. This worsened the problems in the yard. At this point, I gave up on having them come out, since they just create more issues instead of fix them. To top things off, my backflow preventer cracked mid day while 50 degrees outside and the system not running. Because of their poor quality, i have been forced to teach myself Irrigation installation just to keep things flowing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

Able Landscaping has been very poor in communicating with us in regards to lawn care services and billing. We signed up for a monthly lawn care service after having our sod installed. It was supposed to be billed monthly as well. We never received a bill for 3 months. Service was performed, but on on the accessible areas of our yards. We were notified on the morning of all treatments, if we were notified at all. They do not show up when they say they will. While the product has been great, I would NOT recommend them to anyone only because of their poor customer service and inconsistent billing practices.

Able Landscape did great work for us! Once Rick came out to look at the job, I ended up adding several other outdoor, but unrelated tasks to the initial request. The workmanship and professional demeanor of everyone who worked the project were outstanding! Especially nice was the excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend Able Landscape for any/all of your outdoor needs.

We started with Abel over 4 yrs. ago when they installed pavers for our patio. They did a wonderful job, so we decided to have them do our lawn maintenance, & they have been great !!! Our yard has never been better! They are punctual, polite, & efficient! Several of our neighbors have also started to use them too!

I contracted with Able to do some landscaping/retaining walls two in the front and one in the back and replace a deck floor in the back. We signed the contract on July 4, 2022. They didn't finish the projects until November of 2022. I was told they would start them three to four weeks after they received the contracts. Into Sept. before they began. We first agreed that the two projects in the back would be done first then it was decided by the company to do the three walls before the deck. One wall involved replacing an old wooden wall and I asked if replacing that wall would damage the flowers and plants my wife worked hard on for three years, cultivating and watering them. I was told no. They started the prep for the wall while we were away and destroyed all the plants and flowers. Needless to say I asked them to replace and replant them or reimburse us for the cost of the the plants and planting them. He said he would replace them. In the spring of '23 the plants were delivered and I was told they could not replant them. Only after I said I would contact an attorney did he come back and say the boss said the would replant them. Throughout the process I sent two letters to the owner/manager of the company and never heard back from him. If I hadn't come back when I did the wall would have been started in the wrong place and if I hadn't been there when they started the deck, the steps would have been in the wrong place. The workers did good work, I am waiting to see how the deck boards last and whether or not they warp. I was told by the workers it was good wood they were using. Numerous other issues. Bottom line is I would hire the workers separately but will never do business with this company again and have already not recommended them to two people.

We had Rick and Arturo come out last year in May (2024) to replace a water feature pump that had burnt out. In February of 2025 the pump stopped working so I called and emailed Rick many times, as well as the main number to Able Landscape, to come out as well as see if the pump was under warranty. After months of feeling ghosted by the company, David Harlow actually called me back in early May and said he would research the pump installation with Arturo and get back to me. Now, almost 2 months later, I still have yet to hear back from David. Even if someone is unable to assist, the courtesy of a return phone call helps to close the loop. So, in addition to workmanship questions, there also appears to be a lack of professionalism.

Welcome to the neighborhood! I stopped by and looked around, spoke to the owner and think they're going to be a great addition to that area. The selection looks great and I wish them all the success in the world.

The creek wasnt to deep, able to cross without much difficulty. the nursery was excellent and staff super nice and helpful A+
