We had scheduled to replace the toilet at a commercial bathroom because it looked like someone had spray painted the toilet bowl with black spray paint. When I arrived with the plumber, I thought it had already been replaced! I had to call them to see if they cleaned it that good. I could not believe how white and bright it was!!

Office Pride has been cleaning our offices for over two years. It was actually Mr. Jackson himself that convinced me we needed his company to clean our offices. After meeting with him and several other office cleaning providers here in Richmond I realized that Mr. Jackson actually cared about my satisfaction and office environment. His demeanor and manners are what sold me to begin with and I have not been disappointed yet. I knew with Office Pride that our business meant something and we weren’t just another customer in his business. Even though we have had some hurdles to conquer Office Pride has always strived to make sure we are satisfied. When a job wasn’t done right it was Mr. Jackson himself that came to the office personally to show his employee how to take care of it. Throughout the past couple years the commercial cleaning service that was promised has been delivered without pause. The job must be superior and that is exactly what I receive from Mr. Jackson and Office Pride not only consistently but professionally as well.

The team goes above and beyond what is asked of them and the customer service is top rate! They are prompt and listen to all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am thankful to have Office Pride Richmond as my cleaning company. After a very poor experience with my previous cleaners I was left skittish and untrusting. My building is large and high maintenance because it caters to college students. Office Pride has done an excellent job of not only restoring the beauty of our space but maintaining it week in and week out. Our students have begun to take more pride in their space because they see the hard work of the Office Pride employees. They are professional, prompt and they wear uniforms so we always know when they are in our building. Any questions or requests I have are responded to and handled quickly. I would recommend them as a vendor to any business.

Sherri and Roger Marshall are some of the best people around. Their company provides top shelf service and performance. They are great employers and carry an attitude of Christian service everywhere they go. I would trust this company and it's employees with everything I own. In my opinion, this is a platinum company. Gold just doesn't do for them.

Office Pride has been a wonderful in keeping our office space clean day by day. Each time the clean, detailed work is done and all thrash cans are emptied and new trash bags put in. Office is dusted, desks and counters wiped, and bathrooms cleaned thoroughly. the manager, Connie is professional yet very pleasant and quick to address any customer questions and concerns. I had to email her few time in past month or so. She responded in very timely manner. We recently installed a hard wood floor in our office. In just few days we noticed that it made all of the smudges and shoe traces very visible. We were concerned about overall ease of keeping the floors clean. Connie came over few days after install and assured us that they have a great products to keep hard wood floors clean. I have to admit-we were skeptical, but she proved us wrong. Floors look great and stay clean thanks to Office Pride and their great cleaning staff.

During the course of searching for a cleaning provider, I ran across several different companies in the Hampton Roads region that provided some measure of the services we require for our company. Ironically, I found an Office Pride location right around the corner from the office that provided all of the services we required. When I called the local office, I discovered that we were already using Office Pride’s services at our Richmond Branch location. Because, they are so interested in supporting their Franchise Owners, I was referred to the same owner that currently provided services in our Richmond Branch. The experience that I have had with Office Pride has been very accommodating. Because the Tidewater Branch is a very small office with a warehouse attached, the services we require are a bit different from a large office environment. The cleaning technicians are available on a moment’s notice for changes to the cleaning schedule and the Director of Sales and Marketing has taken a personal interest in ensuring our satisfaction with the services they provide. I would recommend this service provider to any organization that is looking for cleaning services that are tailored to their specific needs!

Office Pride has proved to be an invaluable business partner. They have helped us maintain the grounds on multiple properties in the Richmond and Tri-cities area. They have been responsible for the grounds work on the exterior and interior areas of many of our properties. They have been able to provide instant feedback through before and after pictures of their work. This allows us to remotely monitor the status and progress of their work. They have been very attentive to any issues that may arise and resolve them quickly. On the rare occasions we have had concerns; they have been immediately addressed and rectified. While no company is perfect, it is how they solve customer issues that are important. I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Jackson and Tina Jones, who have both been nothing but professional. This is a very hands on company, who on many occasions has met me on site to go over work standards and made the necessary changes to ensure our properties look the best. We have continued to add properties with Office Pride and have not been disappointed. They make doing business very easy. Their follow up, billing, customer service, and all around positive energy make them a great partner in business.

They were quick to give an estimate and complete the job. Did a wonderful job and I will use them for any future needs!
