What a Godsend! My husband and I had just moved here and In the 1st day of our move in we had a water backup and we tried several places for a plumber but the ones we tried were all booked up. Then we came across Home Surgeons through a neighborhood app with high recommendations and so the next morning I called and the friendly and professional response of the nice lady on the phone...that alone was reassuring. Then she told me that she would send someone that same day. To my pleasure, I got a call that they were coming earlier than expected and they found the reason for the backup and dealt with it immediately. So now, no more water flooding into my livingroom and kitchen! YAAY! The plumber(I think his name is Scott) was amazing. Very professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. He is an all around rarity of just good people, in my opinion. I highly recommend Home Surgeons!

I found the repair company by chance on the next door web page. And very happy I did they have been here several time and usually the first ones I call for a repair.

Did a great job at all the odd projects around my house that needed to get done. From patching holes to painting, fixing broken spindles on the stairs and power washing the house. Everything came out looking great!

We recently had an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday evening, and although Home Surgeons, LLC typically does not take emergency calls, they were willing to step in when we couldn’t find another local plumber with availability. Our daughter’s 2nd floor condo had both toilets backing up into the bathtubs — it was a real mess. Scott from Home Surgeons arrived around 7 PM and immediately began troubleshooting. Rather than taking the obvious (and more invasive) route of snaking one or both toilets, he quickly figured out the unique plumbing configuration. Because the two toilets were tied in back-to-back, he was able to clear the clog by snaking through a bathroom sink drain. It was an efficient and smart solution that saved us additional mess and cost. Scott stayed until 9:30 PM to ensure everything was working properly. He left the place clean and the plumbing fully functional. Considering it was a weekend call, the cost was surprisingly affordable. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. We’ll definitely be calling Home Surgeons again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I bought my first house in January 2023, after 6 months i noticed water dripping from the ceiling, it was a bad water leak. my ceiling caved in, My insurance company had me move out to clean for black mold. this was August fast forward to February 2025 we were 2 contractors later the house was still in disrepair. we had 37 days to get the Job done. Scott Marshall with Home Surgeons had fixed a hot water heater for me in 2024 he was really helpful i new he did any type of work. I called him to see if he could help put my house back together in 35 days. i had no floors, missing walls, no bathrooms or lights. He felt really bad for the situation i was in and said he would do it! I can tell you it was the best decision i ever made! I am back in my House and its beautiful!! looks like a new house. We needed some cabinet repair, microwave replacement and kitchen sink replacement. This was not an emergency but Scott Marshall came to our house within 2 days of us asking for an estimate and had all completed 3 days after that. He does amazing work! We will be using him again in the very near future for a bathroom remodel.

I’ve been complaining for weeks about my tub being stopped up, I am so impressed! The plumber unscrewed the overflow and snaked it out and viola all better! It took him longer to unscrew the access than to unclog the drain!

EVERYTHING and EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL! Without reservation, I recommend this company wholeheartedly! All the work was accomplished as agreed upon and upon completion they removed the old water heater and left the premises clean and in excellent condition.

I messaged them on a Saturday and Monday morning they were here and ready to work. They were professional, prompt, was able to make the repair to my outdoor spickets and was able to offer to add another in another location that was extremely helpful. I have already requested a quote for a few more projects that I plan on having them complete.

Scott and Dillion did quality work at a fair price. They explained every step of the work. Very considerate and courteous working around my old house. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Very fast response and Water Heater was delivered and Installed within a couple days, would have been sooner but my schedule kept it from being installed sooner. American made water heater is working great. Price was fair also. Highly Recommend!!

Beginning of Dec we had an underground leaking pipe. We picked Home Surgeons because of their 5 star reviews and that was the right decision. From the 1st minute talking to Natalie on the phone, she immediately made me feel that I was in a good hand and she'd try to provide help the same day. I'm so thankful for that. Scott and Dylan did an excellent job in repairing/replacing pipes despite of extreme weather conditions. Pouring rain and freezing cold. They worked until dark on a Friday night to make sure everything fixed and running. We're very pleased with their service and definitely will save them for future needs.
