I will start off by saying I had a problem yesterday with my unit would not maintain temp after calling about 13 to 14 companies I got a return call from R&R best choice I ever made schedule an appointment at 5:00 for today arrived on time within minutes new exactly what was wrong with the unit after discussing it with me in less than an hour my unit was up and running in my house is cooling to temp I cannot say how awesome it was to have this experience with Ryan right to the point I tell you the price for the repair in the part was less than $400 13 other companies gave me quotes upwards of 500 to $1,000 was speaking with Ryan last night he assured me he was not out to price gouge so that's why I included that in this review every positive thing that you could think you would need in a moment like this when you are hot and it is hot outside he just took all those burdens away and was man enough to his word and kept it and I don't feel he price gouged I think he was more than fair for the work that he did and now I am sitting in my house being cold by my unit because of his help I would definitely recommend R&R to anyone that is in need of help when it comes to Heating and Air and even went as far as to tell me some other issues that he seen can possibly be future problems my family is forever happy with the service today I wish R&R nothing but the best in their future because that's the kind of quality anybody should want in today's world so God bless you Ryan for your help and I would recommend this company to anybody before any of the others that I called yesterday his location is Shackleford Virginia will travel an hour from this location if you need help he's the man to call

Very great service and installation of new package unit. Always professional and made sure everything was right. They even brought us portable heaters to borrow while waiting on new unit to arrive since ours was passing away to make sure the new baby and family didn’t get cold. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs service or a new unit installed.
