They took a call to fix my mother's washer and after realizing they couldn't fix it and it had to be replaced They immediately put in the order for a new.

This guy does not know what he is doing. Took him 2 weeks to finally come out. He looked at it and said he will have to come out with a Plummer...... makes no sense. Never will I go through him again

For being a small town business I couldn't even recommend this company to people because they prices they charge you actually have to give them a arm and a leg but oh well I would recommend just buying new appliances because that's what they will charge to fix something

A technician came out looked at the microwave and oven. Said that he needed to order parts. It took two weeks for this company to get back with us. It took the technician less than twenty minutes to replace a temperature sensor in the oven and two hours to take my microwave apart to replace a fuse and could NOT put it back together right. The oven and microwave STILL doesn't work. The WORST Company.

They did not fix my appliances, gave me short notice when they wanted to come to fix my appliances. Told me that the parts would be available in 5 days and that I would be contacted and no one did. Called me one day and said they were on there way to fix my appliances when I had already stated to them that I was not gonna be able to be home that day. The customer service lady on the phone is very rude and I will never do business with them or refer them to anyone I know. If you want to be frustrated then give them a call.
