Pest Control reviews in Smithfield, Virginia

I want to publicly thank Robert Heigl for the outstanding customer service he gave me and my family the past three months he has came out and provided pest control treatment. I could see his passion towards solving my pest issues. Thank you once again to the best exterminator I have encountered from Terminix

Brandon Martin did another outstanding job and he is very thorough with the spray inside and outside…very happy with his work!

Jeffery was very, through, knowable and polite.
He answered my questions and even came up with strategies for the long term benefit of my property. I appreciated his detailed work and friendly personality.

Antonio, takes such pride in his work, and ALWAYS provides Exemplary services!! He answers any questions with thoroughness and expertise! We are so grateful for his work ethic and services!

Antonio #1654 was amazing! He came and took great care of my yard. He was kind enough to answer all of my questions and was very patient. Thanks so much Antonio!!

This guy is always super nice and does an awesome job. Addresses every question or concern and even educates me on things I’m not tracking. 10 stars wouldn’t be enough of a review for him. Truly a professional and more importantly a good dude.

Daniel is the best!!! He was quick, efficient, and gets to the point. He’s very welcoming and i really enjoyed working with him. We’re so happy we finally signed up for pest control!

Always friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in doing his job properly and completely, no matter the weather!

Antonio (tech number 1654) was great! He was extremely friendly, engaging and did a complete and very thorough job ensuring no more spiders get me (hopefully). Keep up the great work Antonio!

I had the pleasure with meeting with Micah whom which was very knowledgeable in various products of usage. With heavy consideration in the products of choice we were able to select the best package that ideally is safe for my kids and pets. I highly recommend this rep for future clients.

Bob Heigal (Manager) of Smithfield has come and gone above and beyond with my service. Over the past months we have been battling a beetle in my pantry. Nothing seemed to work. Today, Bob came out and he took everything from inside the Pantry, hand checked each item, and sprayed the shelves.
On my part I put the sugars, flour, and sweets in containers or Ziploc bags. Before he sprayed I bleach wiped the shelves. This is service. I highly recommend Terminix Smithfield as your Exterminator.
I also have the termite service for my home and shop. The technicians are prompt, show their badges and go above and beyond to meet our needs in pest control.
Thank you for great service!

Brandon did a very thorough job. I have not seen many bugs since our last visit. He hit the perimeter, all the doors, and rooms in the house. Along with the perimeter, garage, and knocking down spider webs. I’m very happy with my service. I look forward to meeting my service contract.

My technician John K was professional, timely, and knowledgeable! He also looked just like a young Jim Croce!
Walked us through all the processes, and in the end we are genuinely relieved we chose Terminix. We will be sure to be routine customers for any future ordeals!

Horrible. My insulation was falling underneath my home and Terminix supposed to have fixed it. They replaced the insulation and taped everything up. It didn't even last 24 hours. It fell down and caused even more to fall down.

The Terminix Company were not very professional! They started coming regularly but after three months Stop showing up, and they didn't call or text to let us know. I still have a bug problem 😔

Ryan did a great job servicing my home. I am glad that I signed up with this company

As an amazing appointment. Antonio came straight over and asked what I needed and took care of everything! Will be using their services from here on out!

Brandon did a great job servicing my home, placed traps inside my attic. Feeling conformable with them

Antonio Tubbs.
Service has been exceptional. Antonio performs all required services; and then checks with my wife or I for any additional services that may be requested.
