The technician arrived on time. He was extremely polite, and clearly explained what work he would be doing and the estimated amount of time it would take. He was very professional. As the work progressed, he explained what he had done and what the next steps would be. The work was completed on time. I would highly recommend him and the Shanahan firm!

Cameron serviced our heating/cooling system today. He answered all our questions and cleaned out the blower wheel assembly. He suggested replacing the filter every 3 months and assured us that system was fully checked.

Tech arrived as scheduled. Introduced himself and we went downstairs and he started accessing the situation. Went over the procedures for different seasons and different processes before those seasons arrive: vent valves, humidifier, dehumidifier, what to do if your hot water heater light goes out and several other issues. Great personality spoke highly of the company.
