We were assigned this company through our home insurance provider. They were prompt in their arrival time and offered good information regarding our HVAC unit. The final repair is pending installation, but considering initial interaction with them, fine by me. To be continued...

The technicians who installed were wonderful; but sadly the administrative follow-up was non existent. When I called to say I heard nothing from them and that I was to have a first check up per my warranty which they did not do (no reminder or nothing). I was told that they would call me back the next day; instead I received a notice three weeks later in the mail advising what I had told them that my warranty had expired without a check-up and then they had nerve enough to send me a new contract with cost for check-ups. You burn we once that is on me but you don't get a second time. By pass this company!!
