Eli came out to our home in Springfield to take care of a water leak in our chimney. He provided a free estimate and arrived right on schedule. The job was completed with great attention to detail, and it even came with a long warranty. Eli was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. After a strong windstorm caused part of our chimney to collapse, we needed some expert help. The team came out to give us an estimate and guided us through every step of the repair process. From the folks in the office to the crew working on the chimney, including Caden and Logan, everyone was professional, friendly, and made sure we understood what was happening. The repair work was done carefully, with the new bricks and mortar matched perfectly to the original, and they left everything spotless when they finished. I highly recommend their chimney repair services to anyone needing help with their fireplace or chimney.

We first called PDK Chimneys for a routine chimney cleaning on our natural gas fireplace. eli came out and did a free inspection, and found some big issues with our main exhaust system that we had no idea about. we also needed some chimney repairs which hadn’t been on our radar. everything got scheduled smoothly, and they replaced the necessary parts for our exhaust in a really professional and careful way. after they rerouted the exhaust from our boiler, our old damper clogged up (it was super old), so they had to come back a few times to check up on things. we never even got charged for those extra visits, and they kept following up to make sure everything was safe and working just right. it wasn’t even their fault, but they made sure to fix it all anyway. honestly, i’m really impressed with the service and care.

if you need someone to clean or repair your chimney, this is definitely the company to call. jeffrey was very knowledgeable and shared helpful advice for keeping my fireplace in top shape. i plan to keep using them for my yearly chimney inspections.

We called pdk chimneys to help fix a downdraft issue in our chimney, but during their inspection, they found several problems that made our fireplace unsafe to use unless repaired. They explained everything clearly and took care of the most important repairs right away. After we switched from oil to gas, the chimney had never been vented correctly, but they handled it perfectly. At first, ralph thought part of our wall would need to be opened, but thanks to his careful and thorough work, that wasn't necessary. we're really happy with how professional and skilled the team was. A few weeks later, we even got a thank you note and a box of delicious caramels for choosing their service. you don't see that kind of care much anymore, and it really made a difference. we'll definitely call again for any chimney needs!

i’ve had chimney sweep service for several years now. each year, tucker and his team come by to clean out the chimney and make sure the fireplace is safe to use. the price is always reasonable and they never try to push extra services you don’t need. they always keep everything super neat, so there’s no mess left behind. if you have a fireplace in springfield, i definitely recommend calling them.

these folks really know chimneys and did a great job with my chimney repair and cleaning in springfield. after giving me a clear quote to either fix a damaged fireplace insert or put in a new one, we went ahead with the replacement. during the work, caden and the team discovered extra issues from water damage, including some rotted wood, but they handled all the repairs without any hassle or extra charges. i was very impressed with their skill and how careful they were to keep everything tidy while working. their team was great at updating me about the job, like what was happening and how long things would take. overall, i highly recommend them for any chimney sweep or repair needs.

I couldn't be happier! Our old wood-burning fireplace needed some attention, and Tucker was extremely helpful in explaining all our options for an upgrade. He guided us through the process and helped us find the best solution for our home. We decided on an electric insert that fit perfectly into our existing firebox. It looks surprisingly realistic and gives off plenty of warmth for our basement. Jeffrey handled the installation and took the time to show us how everything works. Excellent service and a top-notch chimney sweep experience!
