Daniel park waited until after he was late to tell me he will not come because it was raining.

Mr. Park is very knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explains what requires fixing and what is optional. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend his services for both HVAC and water heating. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had to call ( Daniel) and ask if he was still coming after he was late. Was told he was not do to the weather. Very unprofessional.

This guy is a world class theif!! He came to us for service once and told us the capacitor's life is ending and asked us to call him when the hvac stopped working. Today the hvac stopped working. We called him, he came to our house and without touching ANYTHING, the hvac started to work. He said I don't know the problem, but because I drove to your house, for gas price and my 3 employees I charge you 90 bucks!!! He charged us and left the house. This is the last time we call him.

Purchased HVAC tune up on Groupon. Told the tech my unit was not blowing cold lately. After the tech worked on the unit, the entire unit conveniently stopped working. He told me it was $5500-6000 to replace. I called another company for a second opinion. They fixed the unit in 15 min and told me the UniAire tech loosened several of the connections. Scam artist! Beware

Daniel Park of UNIAIRE is a scam artist. No clear written estimates on part or labor, will promise some thing and deliver another and bills fictitious charges . Be careful while dealing with him. Get clear written quotes and compare before getting the repair is done. Initially indicated that heat pump fan motor and blade need to be replaced for total price of $325, but replaced only fan blade that is around $35, but charged $325.

I purchased a Groupon for UNIAIRE when the AC in my home was not working. Daniel Park was their within a few hours, communicated well upon his arrival and was punctual. He diagnosed the issue quickly, didn't recommend any expensive extra work and went the extra mile to help install my new thermostat. The work and professionalism was so excellent I recommended him to my job. His rates were better than his competitors and he came back, finished the job that day and now is the first company I call. I highly recommend UNIAIRE

I purchased cabinets through Home Depot. I had to change consultants twice due to unprofessionalism. After providing perfect measurements to the designer, we were inundated by a couple errors. The most egregious being a miscalculation on a counter top extension. The designer provided with those dimensions based on the dimensions of the space and cabinet piece. Only the designer knew the cabinet dimension so I relied on her to provide accurate numbers. The stone was cut too wide based on the dimensions provided. The Home Depot store manager insisted that they are not liable for this mistake since Home services were not used to install everything and I even got the response that I did not provide our existing counter top numbers. A bold-faced lie. We also had a cabinet that was too wide. In addition to the failures by Home Depot, we had numerous quality issues with American Woodmark cabinets. Their customer service and representative response was deplorable. Back and forth trying to get them to replace flawed or damaged pieces. Home Depot has to initiate everything with Woodmark which they failed at miserably. We spent around $12,000 at Home Depot in the past 3 months and feel very dissatisfied. Makes me want to boycott them and shop at their competitor even though they are much farther away. My suggestion to anyone looking to buy a kitchen. Look to a professional kitchen and bath company as you will potentially run into problems with Home Depot.

I recently used BENTECH SERVICES LLC FOR PLUBIMG problem . BINIAM did excellent work ,resolved the issue with a toilet and sink issue we had .BINIAM explained clearly what the problem was and the process of repair. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again .. .

I had scheduled Ben-Tech Services to get a third opinion on my AC unit. Two of the local companies recommended I get a new unit, and I was quoted between $7,500 to $8,300 for a new one. The technician from Ben-Tech, Biniyam Yemenu, found the issues after several tests. The AC is now working properly, and I did not have to get a new unit as suggested by the other two companies. I wish I had called Ben-Tech from the beginning. Ben took his time to explain the issues and made several recommendations to keep the unit working properly. I highly recommend Ben-Tech Services for HVAC work.

I am very happy with the service. Everything works very well. Biniyam Yemenu is very knowledgeable. He knows exactly what needs to be done from the first sight even when I described the situation, and explained thoroughly. He is very punctual and friendly. When the work finished the site was clean and neat. It is a trustworthy provider. I strongly recommend this service including AC, electricity, and plumbing.
