I recently had an emergency due to the heavy snows, and Artin was extremely responsive. They were able to assess the problem, dispatch a crew, and take care of the issue in less than a week. Based on this great experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has issues with their roof or gutters.

I'd highly recommend Artin Services to anyone who is looking for outstanding, timely, and courteous service. The team was able to get us in before Christmas despite a very busy schedule for them after a windstorm took out a long panel of roof flashing. They matched & repaired it and also secured some other areas in danger of blowing down. Martin, the technician who performed the service, went above and beyond and the experience couldn't have been better. A++

I have used this company for years to open and close my pool. This year they really let me down. I have a coverstar pool cover which the cord broke. This happens periodically. Town and Country doesnt do work for pool covers so they referred me to Coverstar in Frederick. Coverstar doesnt return phone calls or e-mails. When I told Town and Country this, they admitted they had problems with Coverstar. Why refer me to a company that you do not have confidence in? Well eventually Coverstar came to the home, gave me a quote to replace the entire cover, and didnt fix the cord. My cover is fine though it is ten years old. Well, it is time to close the pool, and Town and Country was told that about the cover wasnt working and they told me no problem, we will just pull the cover shut. Well, they didnt, and now I have hundreds of leaves in the pool and will just have to do everything myself. Town and Country, you let me down big time. I originally gave a one star rating, but now that I think about it, this is a breakdown when using two different vendors. I did replace the pool cover and then was able to close the pool but by then it was full of leaves, Town and Country came out and cleaned the pool and did not charge for that visit. Now I am very satisfied and its just time to move on. I will continue to use Town and Country.

We’ve been using T and C pools for our weekly service for years! They always go the extra mile —making sure our patio looks “party ready“ and our pool is sparkling clean when they leave. We recommend their services highly.

I hired Town & Country to build my pool in 2012 and have been using them for the past 6 years for all services, including repairs, weekly maintenance, opening/closing as well as repairs to the ancillary equipment like the heater, lights and vacuum.
In 2018, they did a terrible job of opening AND closing the pool. They made a huge mess and wrecked my landscaping. Full disclosure, it was pouring down rain both times, but that doesn't give them the right to do a sub-standard, unprofessional job. I only complained to them when it happened twice in a row. All I wanted was an apology, but they did not even acknowledge my complaint. No one cared, no one called. They did not value me as a customer. I guess they have enough customers and don't mind losing some.
They have many good people working there, like the service manager, technicians and weekly cleaners. But the management really disappointed me.

EDIT after their response: You DID work with the landscape company to design/build the pool. You had a second chance to make things right and instead, you blamed the landscape design company. One more note: after trying several pool companies, Town & Country is THE MOST EXPENSIVE company for cleanings, closings, openings and repairs!!

Town and Country Pools were recommended via word of mouth. Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. They made the process feel seamless with very little disruption. They were efficient, gracious and responsive. They continue to maintain our beautiful pool and we continue to be grateful that we chose them.

This review is for the companies exceptional customer service. I stoped by for a non-pool service related matter, after talking to the front desk I was introduced to the company president. He greeted me and went above and beyond listening and assisting me. I felt this company and it’s managers did the exact right thing for me. I would recommend them based solely on there top notch customer service and excellent people skills.

Working with T&C was the most positive expierence I have ever had with a contractor. Responsive, fair, timely and professional. Everyone was friendly and good at their job. The work is top tier quality.

Let me first start by saying we did not get any service from this company. My comment is about a technician driving one of their trucks.
We recently moved to the area from Tennessee and find DC drivers largely rude and self-centered. On the day we were (today) to get our keys to our new place, I was in the right lane which turned into a right turn only lane. I needed to get over and he let me in. It was the first act of kindness I had received on the roads in the area and it won't be forgotten. After spending a week in a hotel and learning the roads, big city life can be pretty frustrating. If this employee's actions are any indication of the kind of employees you hire your business should do great. His actions are an example of how we can all treat each other and an example of how kindness can make the world a little better place.

Our overall experience, in fact our ENTIRE overall experience was of the highest quality due to their friendly, accommodating and responsive approach to their clients. They treated us like family. And that’s the way we’ve always treated the clients with whom we do business. A ‘quality’ organization is worth sticking with. They they not only helped us design and build our pool, but continue to care for it fives years on. We wouldn’t have anyone else touch it.

My pool turned out to look terrific. I want to thank Burton and his crew Fred ,Ward,Ric and the guys i cant remember their names right now. You were great you made me feel like part of the family i really appreciate that. I look forward in the future to have a long lasting relationship. I have been using Millenium Pool Service for the past 4 years and they do a great job. Recently they hired a new GM and he's respectful, responsive and is willing to work with you to make sure everyone is taken care of on both sides of the table. Pools can be a lot of maintenance and the unexpected can happen sometimes, so knowing that Kirk (GM) will work with you goes a long way.

Best team to get your pool up and running smoothly and talking you through any equipment repairs, replacement or upgrades. Responsive, fair, thorough and they seem to genuinely care about getting and keeping your pool swimmable! Jermaine was a pleasure to work with for the opening this year! Great staff all around. I contracted with Millennium to resurface my pool, add waterline tile, install a new salt system, and make various other pool-related modifications. The price was more than competitive and several discounts were applied. The company arrived when they said they would and performed the work in a professional manner in accordance with my expectations. The project manager was a true professional and was very attentive and customer-service oriented to the maximum. The follow-up on requests and services was exceptional. A truly professional company.

"I had an extremely poor experience. They came to open my pool and charged me $465. But do you know what they did? They just took off the cover, and the water color never changed to clear blue. I called them a couple of times, and they said, 'Let's see what we can do.' I called them three times, and each time they said they would call me later but never did. My final action was to email them, telling them I would dispute the charge. Only after receiving my email did they call me, but it was too late. I lost many days of pool use. I called another company, and they came and fixed it easily. I'm so happy I did not pay them for closing the pool. Don't be fooled by this company."

Millennium Pools has been servicing our pool for the past two years. Ivan Kostadinov does an amazing job performing our weekly maintenance. He ensures the chemical levels are perfect and everything is functioning correctly. Ivan keeps our pool beautiful all summer. Thank you Ivan for an amazing job.

We have used Millenium for several years (to open/close the pool) after being unhappy with our previous pool company. They are prompt and responsive and big on customer service. Currently, they are doing a large reno job for us as our 30+ year old pool deck has finally reached the end of its life. The design choices have been wonderful - really modernizing the look of an old pool. Yan Larenas and Elmer have been wonderful to work with - extremely responsive.
