Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Virginia

I am fairly pleased with the service provided. My only wish is the housekeeper I requested would come back. They are all good, but this particular one was excellent. They are very willing to work around my schedule, which makes it so much easier for me.

They do great work at reasonable rates! We were using another service but had a few issues, and since we've switched to Home Cleaners 4 You we've been very happy.

Did a great job the first time around. After that, the women did not like complaints or requests and left many things not cleaned such as mirrors. Needless to say i had to let them go, sadly enough.
Update:Did leave a message to remind them that this was not a first incident. The cleaners sent were angry and retaliatory this time and did a worse job.

The ladies from Home Cleaners4You have been cleaning my home for the past 3 years. They do a great job, they are always time and clean everything thoroughly every time. Highly recommended!

I have dealt with Home Cleaners4You for over three years in Northern Virginia and I cannot say enough good things about the service and the ladies that clean our house. They are very flexible with scheduling and to top it off they have incredible prices!

Very good service- ladies are friendly, dependable, and do a good, thorough job with cleaning. Administration is flexible (sometimes I need to change my cleaning day) and very quick to respond to emails, phone messages. Reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I almost always have to re-make the beds; sheets/blankets are usually uneven (mostly hanging off one side of the bed) and not tucked into the bottom and sides of the mattress.

Where do I begin. So I paid for a deep clean. I was told between 3-3 1/2 hrs of cleaning. After 2 hr 20 min they said they were done. I have very Little furniture in there so I figured maybe they really did finish. I went to go check their work and I was baffled. None of the closets were cleaned even though they were completely empty. All inside doors were dirty. The downstairs floor's were not cleaned that well. The cabnits in the laundry rm were barley wiped down. From the little I watched one of the ladies was a good cleaner but the other obviously wasn't. When I voiced my displeasure the ladies said they would clean what I needed but it was done with an attitude like they were ready to get out of there. After 30 min it was still dirty but I was tired of it so I sent them on their way. After they left there was still dust all over my mantle, dirty doors and just random dust spots. To top it off I found a broken window downstairs that I had seen the one lady washing. I was pretty disappointed especially when I pay for a deep clean and don't get close to that in return. If you want it done right just do it yourself I guess.

Still waiting on that phone call you said was coming immediately

I have been using this cleaning company for nearly 20+ years!
They do a great job and are very honest and respectable. They honor any request I may have and are very pleasant and friendly! And my dog adores them!! :-)

I am very happy with Home Cleaners 4 You and recommend them. I trust these friendly and competent women who come regularly to my home to always be thorough and leave my home smelling clean and company ready.

We've been using this service for over 10 years. They are thorough, reliable and easy to work with. We travel and entertain a lot and they are always willing to adjust the scheduling of our cleaning services to meet our preferences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We’ve been using Home Cleaners4You for over two years. They are friendly, flexible and always do a great job! I would highly recommend them! Maria takes pride in her business.

They do a great job.
Great communication with Maria as well for scheduling and payment

I had issues with them initially because some of the cleaning ladies were very superficial in cleaning, never moved a thing from the table, never touched baseboards, no wiping of cabinets, floors looked dirty, but once we talked with the owner, she took care of that. Now I have a set of ladies who are detail oriented and very nice too. I have my home and 2 offices with them and I trust them.

Two cleaners were able to clean my house in about two hours, and they did a phenomenal job — better than another company I tried with 4 cleaners. Very reasonably priced, and now I’ll be using their biweekly service. Highly recommend.

Home Cleaners 4 You does an excellent job cleaning our home. Every time we come home after they cleaned, we are so happy with the work they done. I would recommend Home Cleaners 4 You to anyone who wants their home cleaned.

We've been using this service for over 10 years, with excellent cleaning skills. They are punctual, and dependable. Lately, the cleaner girls don't seem to be paying too much attention to details. Like if they have to move a book and clean under it, hence 4star instead of 5. Hoping they improved back to 5/5.

We have used this cleaning service for over 10 years. They are very flexible with scheduling which is great for us!

Yasmine and Alejandra did a deep cleaning for us after we had some construction work done. There was still fine dust all over the house and they really did a wonderful job.
Would recommend this company to others.

I had a deep cleaning scheduled recently cuz my apartment just really need a good deep clean. The whole experience from the time I called in, to the crew showing up on time and the actual cleaning itself was excellent. The woman I spoke with on the phone for scheduling was very helpful, informative and friendly. The crew was so thorough. The attention to detail was really a pleasant surprise. It's not often you find companies that truly care about their customers and want to do a good job anymore. Home Cleaners 4 You met and exceeded my expectations! I even booked regularly scheduled cleanings from now on because I want my place to always feel this clean!

I hired Home Cleaners4You to handle a move out cleaning job for our three story townhouse. The price we were quoted was very reasonable, and Maria talked me through everything that the move out cleaning service would include (most everything I needed to complete for move-out other than taking care of outdoor spaces and the garage) prior to booking the service. The ladies who performed the cleaning service arrived promptly and completed the job within the time that was quoted, and everything looked and smelled fresh and clean. The entire service exceeded my expectations, and I will definite consider this company for my cleaning needs in the future.

Highly recommended! They were able to come to our office for a quote the morning after we called. Our office was a dusty mess so we were VERY happy when a crew of two highly efficient, friendly cleaners were site the next day. We plan to bring them back for future cleaning needs.
