Exterior Medics did an outstanding job installing a new roof and gutter guard. Ron and Rami Ali performed flawlessly in providing management of the overall process. Frankie and his assistant Carlos worked on the intallation of roof and gutter guard. Frankie's flashing was a work of art. The work was meticulous and professional. I highly recommend Exterior Medics for all roof installation and gutter guards.

This was the second time that we've used Exterior Medics. This particular project involved a small area of roof replacement. PJ came out and provided detailed options (including professional diagrams, pictures, and cost). Once we selected an option, we received a call a couple of weeks later to complete the work. The crew did an amazing job with the project, and even did a little extra around areas not part of the project (Thanks PJ!). I noticed one small issue and Rami Ali, the Production Director, handled it in less than 2 business days! The best part of working with them is the communication. Both PJ and Rami are available when you need them, and Rami even follows up to make sure you're satisfied with everything.

I have been extremely impressed with Exterior Medics. They have been contracted by our condo association to replace all the siding on the units throughout. Their employees are considerate and hard working, cleaning up as they go. They appear to have regular inspections by engineers as well as supervisors and in-house inspectors. One such inspector is Einnel Quintero. He has gone above and beyond, answering questions and finding answers if he doesn't have them. I happened to be walking our scaredy cat of a great dane mix when they first started on our building. My dog was startled by their circular saw and pulled me down as he bolted to the porch causing me to hit my head on the curb. Einnel saw this happen and immediately ran to me to see if I was OK (I was) but asking if he should call an ambulance. He stayed with me until my grandson managed to awaken my husband and made sure my dog was tied so he wouldn't run away. This is only one of many incidents in which Einnel was very helpful. I've rarely met a contractor who was so positive and friendly. I found this same attitude and work ethic from their other employees including their administrative staff. I would highly recommend this company.

I used exterior medics for my lake house in Mineral, VA and the entire experience surpassed my expectations. When I bought the house, it was on the home inspection list of things to do in the next 5 years. I called the office and Ricardo Castillo was the only person there and he explained the process and the next steps. He walked me through all the options and I purchased my roof through Exterior Medics. The follow up was amazing and the roofers showed up the day and time they were supposed to. They completed it in one day and the process was seamless. I later found out Ricardo was not part of the sales team but the overall management team and because he was the only one in the shop he managed my entire project. The amount of ownership and customer service is rarely seen these days. I recommend Exterior Medics to all my friends and family.

I'm a condo board President in Montgomery County MD. Our community hired EM to do a complete facade replacement on our 11 buildings (90 units). Because of years of neglect by prior boards and a community reluctant to invest in maintenance, we had serious water damage problems that extended into sheathing and framing, down to the ground behind our brick skirting. EM worked with us for nearly two years as we sought approval and financing for such a large project. Long story short, they finished just before Thanksgiving 2025, a few months short of the projected completion date, a year after starting. It was an enormous project that heavily impacted every home in the community. From start to finish, EM's staff from the lowest hammer swinger to the owner worked with us patiently, solved many problems, and did an outstanding job. I'm a retired contractor and served as the community's oversight manager. We had an independent engineer as our project manager. I worked with our engineer, EM's management, and the onsite foreman from start to finish and I'm here to say that we could have gotten it done for less but not better. You get what you pay for and these guys are the best. Not just the best at the work they do, but as people who you want to work with.

Exterior Medics were very professional from start of project right through to the end. when there was a slight hiccup in the project, they quickly informed us of the problem, the solution and the cost. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Exterior Medics did a fantastic job assessing and correcting issues with our home's soffits and gutters. The cost estimate was provided in a timely manner and was very reasonable. The crew that did the repair and installation work was very professional and left the site in a clean condition. We would hire Exterior Medics again.

Exterior Medics worked for a year on a siding renovation project in our condo community. Before that, they did some roof work, some skylight replacements, and an assortment of other smaller projects. Moises Ventura was their job site foreman for all this work. I'm on the board of directors and a retired contractor, so I was involved at some level with Moises throughout and know enough to be able to judge the work and the talk. I found him to be knowledgeable, able to look out for his crew, his employers, and his customers at the same time--not an easy trick to pull off! He was never happy till we were happy. I wish I had someone like him on every job I ever did while I was working.

Exterior Medics did a beautiful job on our new roofing, siding, and shutters, and I would highly recommend them. My neighbor behind me used them for a new roof and siding six years ago, and I remembered how impressed I was with the crew that performed that job in 2019, as I watched them work from my kitchen window. Thanks to Ben, who was very helpful and patient answering all my questions during the sales process; Rami, the project manager, who was also very helpful answering multiple questions; and Nester, the foreman, who was available throughout the day for questions as the crew performed the installation.

Can’t recommend Exterior Medics enough. We purchased what we thought would be a quality door from a big box store and had handy family install it. They did a fine job, but the poor quality of the door became quickly apparent. Steve Harper came by to provide an assessment. He understood that as a young couple with a young family expenses were a lot and said the door was installed well and the door would be more than suitable for a number of years. Ultimately, we knew it wasn’t what we wanted for the long term. Steve was patient, “truly” listened to our needs and wants, and gave us clear and honest advice. We knew we were in good hands. The team arrived promptly, professionally, and communicated though the whole installation. Excellent craftsmanship, cleaned before they left, and walked us through everything to make sure we were satisfied. If you want value and it done right the first time look nowhere else. Ron Rodriquez of exterior medics gave us an honest appraisal of the condition of our roof. He gave us a competitive price for both repairs and replacement and told us with the repairs we should have another two years on our roof. This was far better than two other estimators who immediately said the roof should be replaced and then provided sales pressure to buy one immediately at a much higher price than Ron’s estimate. We decided to go with the repair and get a couple more years out of our roof. Due to Ron’s honest and considerate approach, we will seriously consider using Ron and exterior medics when we are ready to buy one.
