The staff is professional and courteous and do a great job on site. I've now had gutter cleaning and some repair work done by them. I had a few communication issues about scheduling with the owner but I have no complaints on the work. My only wish is that the company did a better job of communicating when it comes to their scheduling process and delays, but there were multiple comments made about how busy and overloaded the staff was this summer due to large amounts of rain. Hopefully it's something that will improve with time as they did mention some software updates they are apparently are trying to implement.

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Gutter Ethics! We found it refreshing to work and communicate with Justin, Lame, and Joey. Very impressed that the owner, Justin, took the time to respond personally and to walk us through the process. They are the perfect mix of personal with updated technology. Their notification system, emails, and telephone calls kept us up-to-date on the schedule without over or underwhelming. Lame was great in letting us know next steps, and our day of technician/expert, Joey, was awesome in his detail and care with our property, gutters, and recommendations. Can't believe we haven't worked with Gutter Ethics sooner! Will be recommending this amazing team to our friends and neighbors. Professional, friendly, and top notch experts!
In addition, we recently had this amazing team remove our gutter covers and they replaced a line of shingles. This will hopefully help stop the sheets of water that have been overflowing the gutters and now they should flow properly. John called us ahead of time to let us know when he'd be arriving and Joe overlapped with him. They took pictures of the progress of their work and removed any unwanted debris and materials. They did a great job! Also spoke with Anne when it came time to pay the invoice and she was so friendly and helpful.
