The guys were great. Prompt service and they worked long hours to get the job done. Before starting the job they give a very thorough overview of the process before providing the estimate. So happy i didn’t have to have my yard torn up.

I don't generally write reviews unless someone does something way way way above & beyond. Excellent, outstanding, real 5-star work. So, here I am, writing review for NOVA Linings, bcause they deserve recognition.

First, thanks to Jorge & entire operations team - was a joy to have them work on my house ! Second, thanks to Jared & Taylor - for explaining all aspects of work, providing detailed & understandable contract, & working with my challenging schedule. Plus for just being so pleasant and easy to work with.

I have an 80yr old row house that had 80yr old cast iron pipes in the basement. I was told pipes needed to be replaced. Estimates ranged from $4K+ (for excavation & replacement, requiring tearing up my basement & pipe replacement) OR trenchless lining replacement. Loved that idea ! First trenchless estimate from a major plumbing company was ~$21-25K depending on option chosen. Wow.

NOVA estimate was ~$10.5K. AND, NOVA Linings doesn't do all kinds of plumbing. Trenchless pipe repair/replacement is NOVA's area of expertise. Period. It requires expensive specialized equipment and highly trained teams. They do commercial & government & residential. Honestly, before work, I wasn't sure if my small project would get attention needed. No worries, there, none.

Everyone was professional & hard working, even when 2-day job went from morning til 10pm at night. Two very very long days. No shortcuts, wanted to get the job done right. And, any question was answered right away.

Work was completed on schedule, even with an astounding amount of pipe PVC rebuild needed to replace degraded cast iron BEFORE lining underground piping was possible. Hence, the long work days.

I'm late in posting this review. I used this company a year ago and was very happy with their work. They saved me from having to dig up entire side yard to remove old clay line & install new one. It would have been a nightmare. Am so glad I found this company! Thanks again Aaron!

This company literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars! Instead of having to dig up my sewer line and lay new pipe I highly recommend this alternative. Jared and his crew quickly assesses the situaltion, gave me a fair quote and work was done in a timely manner with little inconvience of not having water. Instead of days without water it was only a couple of hours.

Jared and his team cleaned and lined our 60 year old sewer line in 2022. We had a fantastic experience working with them. They were conscientious, fast, and personable. We also saved a lot of money and did not have to tear up our lawn and driveway.

The NoVa Lining team was exceptional. They were very professional and went above and beyond to help diagnose a complex situation with my older property's system. NoVa Lining also provides tremendous value in that they are typcially lower cost and with thier detail oriented process, provide property owners incredible insight into thier properties system. I would recommend them be the first call for any sewer needs for both residential and commerical needs.

I had major problems with tree roots in my sewer that were getting worse every year despite annually cutting them out and treatment with RootX. To keep from more back-ups I contacted several sewer companies who offered to dig up the street and attach a "saddle" to the offending pipe for about $40k. Happily I was finally introduced to NoVa Lining and their cure-in-place-pipe technology. The NoVa team were professional, responsive, and courteous and the sewer line was repaired in short order for a fraction of what I was being quoted by others, and the disruption to my property was minimal. All fixed!! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Now our lines are unobstructed and free flowing like the day the house was built!

I live in an older home in Fairfax City and experienced a sewer line backup that caused a lot of water damage. We ended up having to replace the sewer line in our front yard to fix the immediate issue, but were still stuck with the old/original line under the street and under our house. Since Fairax does not cover the cost of replacing the line under the street and under our house, we decided to consider trenchless lining technology to prevent future backups.

Nova Lining was great to work with. They were reasonably priced, very responsive, and reliable throughout the project. They have a great relationship with Fairfax City, and were able to take care of all the paperwork, permitting processes, etc on our behalf. They were also very helpful in guiding us through the Fairfax City reimbursement program, which really helped alleviate our costs. We definitely recommend calling Nova Lining if you are looking for trenchless lining options. They do a very thorough job, and keep you fully informed every step of the way. They even showed us a video of the work they performed inside the sewer line after the job was done. We now have peace of mind that we won't experience any sewer issues thanks to Nova Lining!

My husband and I bought an 83-year-old house in Winchester 3 years ago, and immediately began replacing old cast-iron pipes. Jared and his crew used their Air-Vac technology to re-sleeve our sewer pipe from our house to the street, saving us from having to tear out half of our yard and big chunk of retaining wall (and also saving us many thousands of dollars). NOVA lining is an amazing company that saved me thousands of dollars and resolved an ongoing sewer issue I have had since owning an old row house in DC for 4 years. I can’t really accurately express how fortunate I feel that I found them. Not only did they provide a long term solution that I have been band aid fixing for years, they did it very quickly and were so easy to work with! Their work ethic, straightforward approach, clear communication and thoroughness was impressive and honestly……. Just refreshing. If you have an issue that NOVA lining says they can fix, DO NOT HESITATE. It really is a no brainer. Call them.

We have a huge tree in our backyard that we love. The problem is, it is right over our main sewer line, so the roots inevitably made it in after 125 years. Everyone we called previously to fix the root intrusion said we would need to tear the tree down. These guys were able to come out and dig a small hole behind the house, replace a drain I needed replaced anyway, clean and reline my existing 125 year old terra cotta sewer line to basically new without needing to tear down my tree, or create a new connection to the sewer which would need all sorts of dumb permits, for way less than it would have cost to trench and hire an arborist.

The crew stayed late to finish on time with no change in price. They did the job I wanted, for the price quoted, on time.

Don’t know if you’ve ever worked construction, but finding someone to work on budget on time is rare. No change orders, no garbage fees, a reasonable company.

I don’t think there is any higher praise.

The sewer line in my 140-year-old row house ruptured and was filled with roots. It would have been a nightmare to trench 50 feet in my finished basement to replace it. I was so fortunate to find Nova Lining Co. to do trenchless repair and replacement. They replaced the broken pipe sections, cleaned out the entire pipe, and lined the entire new and existing pipe with a resin/epoxy liner -- all through a 2 ft x 2 ft hole outside the house. It was an amazing operation to watch. I was impressed with the skill of the workers and how hard they worked. The president of the company, Jared McCaskill, took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain arcane terms. He has built a really remarkable team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Three days after moving into our house our main sewer line backed up into our basement. Three different companies told us they couldn’t find any clog, and our issue was the grade of the pipe so we would need to tear it out and redo it. NOVA Lining came out, spent hours scoping and then snaking the pipe. They found the pipe collapsed in the road and that none of the previous companies had looked that far down the pipe. They spent time going over the footage from scoping and showed how our pipe was also corroding inside. We couldn’t afford to do the complete relining at the time so NOVA Lining fixed the immediate problem and worked with us in stages over a three year span to reline the entire pipe. They never pressured us, were always available to talk and answer questions. They came when they said they would, did excellent work, and saved us thousands. Couldn’t recommend them high enough.
