Great experience working with Faris on our well covers. I initially emailed and received an estimate based on dimensions I sent within a few hours. After looking at additional shape and configuration options, we emailed back-and-forth a few more times to confirm what could be done. Then scheduled a time for a site visit to take actual measurements and get a final quote. Took a couple weeks for the covers to be built and scheduled for installation. Install was completed with no issues and the guys worked with me to make sure they are perfectly centered over the wells with minimal lip overhang. The covers look great.

Excellent experience with Windows Well Cover! We have a very odd shaped basement window and had almost given up trying to find a true window well cover that would fit. But then we found this company and are very happy with the results. The product seems to be of excellent quality and the installation went smoothly. I emailed the owner, Narim, some photos of my two window wells (one rectangular, the other curved) on Dec. 14, 2021. He came to my house in NW DC that same week to measure. On Dec. 31, 2021, he and his helper returned to install the window well covers.

It's now nine months later, Sept. of 2022. The window well covers look just as beautiful as they did on Day One. Two things other things I like: (1) No more water leaks on my basement floor. (2) During the installation, Narim positioned the curved window well cover so it didn't obstruct my dryer exhaust vent. I am a happy customer.
