Our service representative (Colt) is an expert and professional. He arrived on time and was sincere. Colt performed a thorough seasonal preventive maintenance check and made prioritized recommendations for components that were near the of life. Having repair parts on hand, he was able to compete the work thereby enhancing the HVAC system performance going forward. Joey at Nice Heating & Air was nothing short of amazing, a true consummate professional. My furnace had stopped working, when Joey arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered a part had failed, when it wasn’t stocked in his truck he made a quick run and arrived with haste to replace it and got it working in no time. There was no attempt to up-charge on me on unnecessary parts or being disingenuous like I’ve seen with another HVAC company (starts with A and ends with S). Solely based on my experience with Joey I can tell Nice Heating & Air is an ethical and honest company so will definitely be doing business again.

Highly recommended, Saturday afternoon at 86F the AC fails, NICE has the best Service, Professional and Efficient. Mr. Justin D’Amato evaluated all the options and explained everything very well and did not leave until he finished the job and left the equipment working properly.
