I had contacted Haynes Plumbing due to a shower leak (eventually another leak with the outside hose valve). From getting an appointment set up to the actual day of the appointment it was a smooth and great experience overall for us. TJ was very professional and was so patient with my inquiries and the multiple visits! TJ thank you for taking care of us and thank you Haynes Plumbing for your business!!! You are highly recommended not just for your plumbing expertise but for the amazing customer care you provide.

Great afternoon!! My family and I are very appreciate of Junior at Haynes Plumbing. He and his were associate were very friendly, timely, knowledgeable and explained the tasks at hand in a very clear manner. Thank you!! I also don’t think the price was bad at all. I called Haynes Plumbing Service for an emergency water leak in our home. Haynes quickly responded with availability same day. TJ arrived at our house in less than half an hour. He was able to find our leak quickly and repair it. The job took about two hours to complete. TJ did an excellent job! He was courteous and professional and even took the time to answer questions about other concerns we had with our plumbing. When it came to the bill, being an emergency call, I expected the bill to be a lot higher than what it was. This was our second time using this company and I plan to call Haynes Plumbing in future for all of our plumbing needs.

I called to make an appointment today and John came immediately. He walked me through his assessment. He was friendly and professional. I was impressed with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. I will definitely tell my neighbors and friends. Thanks so much John!!

I contacted Haynes to repair a couple of ongoing leaks in my bathroom an kitchen I had that I attempted to patch myself with no luck. TJ was sent to do the repairs and did excellent work. After seeing him struggle with one of the jobs that ultimately ended up being more work than both of us had expected, I was glad I finally called someone to handle the repairs.
TJ was nice and professional. Answered any questions I had. When I asked if he could even out a hole in the drywall that had to be cut to access the bathtub plumbing (so that I could install an access panel instead of having to patch the drywall) he did so with no problem.
Overall I'm satisfied with the work and professionalism. The price wasn't even too bad considering everything that was done and how quickly.

Our water heater was at the tail end of its life (if not already past), so I looked at a number of different options online. Haynes Plumbing Services was extremely responsive, and I had an appointment booked on a day that was convenient to me. Their technician, TJ, came out, and he evaluated the situation both inside and out, and we discussed a number of different options. We went with one, and TJ was able to provide the follow-up installation extremely promptly. There was a mixup on parts prior to his arrival, and he notified me in advance of the original appointment window which was appreciated. TJ was excellent, the installation went smoothly, and I would definitely use Haynes Plumbing Services again!

Update 04/01/2025 called because my water heater wasn’t fully heating the water. They came out the same day. I was worried I’d have to replace the entire unit since it’s 12 years old. Instead, they just replaced the heating elements. Gave me the option to replace only one of the two elements if I needed to save money, but I opted to go ahead and do both. Fast. Friendly. Professional. And at a fair price.

Answered the phone. Came out the same day. Called before they got here. Fast, courteous, clean, professional. Got the job done. I will definitely use them if I ever need a plumber again.

I'm deployed, my wife home alone saw water in the basement, made an emergency call. Tech came out found the problem and gave a super reasonable price for replacement of our Well water bladder tank. Fixed everything within an hour of diagnosis, great tech and great workmanship, even upgraded the line to include a main shutoff.

Today I received service from Haynes Plumbing Service. I've used them for years and worked with some great technicians.

However today I needed my shower fixed and Haynes showed up right on time like always if needed. Once technician looked to see what's wrong he stated I needed a new shower cartridge. OK so like normal I look up cost of part and it was 20-35 dollars. Then my price quote was $331.00 for service 🙄 to my surprise. I asked why is price so high for service and a part that is 20-35 dollars and technician stated he only selects service and software gives price.

I called office to ask about the cost inflation over price and office person lady said technicians set cost. Hmmm

I spoke with technician n repeated what was told to me and he stated that he only gives price software price shows. I asked for military discount n he obliged n total cost was $306.00. This is first time having questions on price and not sure why it was inflated. Called 2 other companies with same ratings as Haynes and their price quotes were between $125.00- 212.00 n will give other companies a try.

If office doesn't wish to explain cost n technician doesn't know then best to utilize other services.

If I could give this company a 10 star review I certainly would! We had an issue with our well and needed to call someone urgently to come and assist. Luckily, this company was able to schedule us the same day and it doesn’t stop there - Junior who was the one called out to assist with the well issue was nothing short of amazing! He was very kind, and was open about what the service would cost. He very quickly yet efficiently fixed our well issue and it’s been working perfectly ever since. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

I had a leak in my garage from the upstairs bathroom plumbing. The plumber (Chase) was able to quickly find the problem - a cracked pvc tri-joint. We provided price estimates and completed the repair with exceptional professionalism.

Definitely call Haynes. I've had Chase from Haynes Plumbing out twice. He is extremely knowledgeable, provided me the highest quality service, and went above and beyond my expectations for plumbing.

Junior and his partner have helped us with various plumbing issues since we purchased our home, and they have been fantastic every single time. Junior is incredibly personable and takes the time to explain the problem and how he plans to fix it, which we really appreciate. I highly recommend their services—especially Junior!

I submitted a request via their website to get some work done. After waiting 4 days to hear back, I called them. They stated they could see all my information in their system based on my request but couldn't explain why no one had bothered to contact me. Then they said I'd have to wait another 5 days to have someone come out. I politely declined and told them this was very poor customer service and that I'd find a plumber who showed a little more professionalism and caring for their customer's needs. Definitely would not recommend!

James and Tyler did an outstand job repairing our sewer line. Communication was great and they kept me informed through the repair service. Very hard working and did a great cleanup job after they completed it. What can I say more just an awesome crew!

Our garbage disposal recently died and we needed it replaced. I’ve had Haynes Plumbing out this past year for some inside and outside plumbing issues and they have always been terrific so of course I gave them a call. The scheduler got back to me right away to set up and appointment. I was happy to see Junior at my door to replace the disposal. Junior has come in the past on a couple major issues and he is always friendly, efficient and gets the job done with the utmost care and professionalism.
