Flooring reviews in Sterling, Virginia

Ramin was great to work with.

Happy with my purchase and the professional team at interior works!!!

Great work and communication. Sasan and his crew did a wonderful job.

Ramin had been a great help in showing what they offer and was able to do measurements in very short notice

Excellent work and outstanding customer service. This team is ahead of schedule and demonstrates exceptional expertise in what they do.

Ramin & Sassan are awesome. The store has a great showroom and the customer service is awesome. You receive alot of personal attention unlike our national chain big box stores. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent collection of things to brighten the home and for gifts too.

Floorware installed carpet throughout our home. It was an EXCELLENT experience, and we are very pleased with the results. Sasan's knowledge and guidance was tremendously helpful. The installers, Armando and Heriberto, were a pleasure to meet and their installation expertise and attention to detail is evident in every room. 10 stars!

We previously had tile installed by a Big Box store and WISH we had gone to Floorware!

InteriorWorks is your one stop for interior design, for all elements of your project to include some the industries best managers to assist.

Floorware put tile in my kitchen and laundry room. They were able to schedule measurements and installations very quickly. The work was done in 4 days since it was only one person working, and it looked great when finished! They were nice enough to go back and find a different transition piece than the normal ones available to fit the narrow transition from the new tile to wood. Thank you!

Professional, compassionate and fair. We were in a rush to replace the floor covering for our elderly parent. Marquee home improvement store was a bust. FloorWare was exactly what we needed - transparency, knowledgeable, fair pricing, quality carpet, and most important - a great install, ensuring all trip hazards were addressed. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Service excellence and compassion. Wow. Highest recommendation!

My experience with Interior Works is always positive. They have replaced carpeting and flooring in different home that owned and always returned as their prices are reasonable and work is excellent

Wonderful experience! I worked with Sasan for my project, which had a tight deadline--I really needed 2 rooms in my home finished before the holidays and he was able to deliver! His team also installed a door and trim for a closet space that I needed finished. In short, my flooring and carpentry experience with Floorware Interior Works was great!

Sasan has a great eye for design and can advise on aesthetics, which I appreciate. His showroom has a wonderful selection of flooring material and I was able to find one that suited my house perfectly.

Communication - Excellent and prompt. Sasan communicates clearly via phone or text and will let you know what to expect and when. If I had a question, he was quick in getting back to me. He gave me a call at the end of each project day to check how I felt and if I had any feedback. I very much appreciated how much he cared that my project was done right and to my satisfaction.

Quality of work: Again, wonderful. Both the flooring team and the carpentry team were quick and efficient. They always arrived on time and were very polite! They left the space clean after installation.

I will definitely work with him again if I need other renovations in my house. Already dreaming of new countertops!

Mr. Ramin was prompt to answer my text messages. He and his brother listened to our questions and concerns patiently and cleared them all and helped us make a decision on what floor type is best to match the existing foyer. The contractors arrived promptly and performed a clean job. Both Ramin and the contractors provided tips on how to clean and maintain the floor. Would highly recommend Mr. Ramin for yr home projects.

We worked with Ramin and his crew to install new cabinets & countertops, take down a column in our kitchen and replace floors on our main level. It was a big job and I had heard horror stories of contractors taking up to 6 months to do the work. Ramin and his crew were extremely professional and really good and got the job done in 5 weeks. Ramin was very meticulous in measuring and designing the kitchen. All the cabinets were delivered on time and the different crews were lined up thoughtfully to get all the work done in 5 weeks. Diego and his crew did the kitchen cabinet installation and they were very good. Very meticulous and details oriented. The floor guys were good as well. All in all, I am very happy with the end product and would definitely recommend Ramin and Interior works for any home remodel job. Thank you so much, Ramin, Diego and the whole crew. You guys are the best !

We contracted Interior Works to install hardwood in our home. They did high quality work and we’re very happy with the results. All interactions throughout the process were nothing but professional. 5/5 stars!

We recommend Interior Works to anyone needing floor and interior renovation. For years we lived with a badly damaged wood floor because we had heard so many negative experiences from others who had their flooring refinished. Interior Works was recommended to us by an interior decorator and did a fabulous job. They replaced water damaged planks, sanded the floor evenly and with minimal mess, stained the floor with three coats, and replaced all of the toe moulding. They also totally installed and stained new stair posts, railings, and spindles to match the floor. And they did all of this for a very reasonable price. We are very happy and satisfied with our new floors and stairs, and we highly recommend Interior Works.

Ramin and his team did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation. Ramin listened to our ideas and made them come to life. The contractors were punctual and courteous. We look forward to contacting them again for future projects.

Sasan and his flooring team did an excellent job with my townhouse carpet and vinyl replacement project. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with every detail. The project went well, and I am very happy. I rate InteriorWorks highly for quality of work, project pricing, responsiveness to communications, and punctuality on appointments. Thank you, InteriorWorks!

Interior Works renovated my kitchen, family room, 3.5 bathroom and resanded/varnished hardwood floors on both floors. A huge project and Ramin was project manager and Javier was construction lead. The project was completed within time and bang on quote. The dedication and attention to detail of the construction crew (painters, carpenters, plasterers and electrician) was superb. I had a few changes throughout the project and that was listened to and actioned by the Interior Works team. Complexities on the renovation were dealt with ease by team - underfloor heating, Bluetooth ceiling speakers and design ideas were great from Ramin. The hardwood floors look like new now (40 years old). Those areas in the house now look like a new build and so will be looking for them to help me on further renovations in future. Brilliant job from start to finish.

Highly recommended. We completed a complete kitchen gut and remodel with Ramin and his team at InteriorWorks and are extremely happy with the results. The scope included not just new cabinets and countertops, but a rearrangement of the cabinets, removal of the soffits and associated re-piping of plumbing, as well as new sound insulation in the walls and sound-dampening wallboard. Throughout the process, InteriorWorks was very flexible, communicative, cooperative and timely. We would not hesitate to work with them again!
