Work was great. On site guys did a nice job and were on time. Service was expensive however and the phone call had a LOT of up selling immediately before any work was done. I think that you should do some work and prove some value to me as a contractor before you try to sell me on subsequent services. The guy on the phone tried to sell me on 4 follow up services before I booked the first one.

While working at home, the crew from Ned Stevens came after letting me know by text that they were on the way. A knock on the door to let me know and they were already busy setting up. Didn’t take long, no interruptions and they were done. Impressed by their speed and professionalism. Definitely will hire them again.

“ How was your experience?”
Hard to say, I wasn’t home and I don’t have a ladder tall enough to check the gutters. Despite several requests for a couple days notice before coming out to do the periodic cleanings (so I can be home), I get an e-mail the day of saying they’ll be there shortly. And I’m already at work. Despite what I think is probably a good job, I’ll probably go with another company that most of my neighbors use since they have a scheduling system that allows them to notify the homeowners a business week in advance.
