Jared is the most impressive individual I have ever met when it comes to carpet cleaning. Clean As Snow not only exceeded all expectations, but did not judge my 3 kids and dog worn carpets. They have not looked this good since the day they were installed. Extremely affordable, almost felt like I was underpaying for the service. You have a client for life!!!

I hired this company for a deep clean of a very dirty kitchen after a tenant moved out. They inspected the space, quoted us what they wanted, and even pointed out the top of the cabinets—which gave me confidence they’d tackle the tough spots.

Unfortunately, the results were far from 100%. After two visits, the tops of cabinets, corners, and creases were still dirty. The focus was on visible, easy surfaces, not the thorough detail expected from a deep clean. The worst part is they did not touch the top of the cabinets, something they called out and wasn’t even on our mind.

To their credit, communication and booking were smooth, and they offered to come out a third time—but we can’t keep doing this. The kitchen was a tough job, but that’s why we paid for deep cleaning. After two attempts, it’s still not clean.

Bottom line: good communication, poor execution. Not recommended for true deep cleaning.

Jared and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our four story townhome. Not an easy job to do all those stairs, but their work was top quality and efficient. He was very communicative and flexible to work with our schedule. The crew arrived right on time. We will absolutely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone who wants quality carpet and home cleaning services with exceptional customer service.

We hired Clean as Snow to clean an area rug, several carpets throughout the house, and several pieces of furniture. In addition, we had them treat the house to help sanitize high touch surfaces.

Their price was a wonderful value. Their owner is extremely nice and good to work with. Everything came out really well. Also, this was the first time I've ever had my area rug taken off-site to get cleaned. They brought it back the next week and laid it back down over top of its pad. It looks brand new to me. When I've had it cleaned by other companies in the past, they did it in house and there were stains that remained after the cleaning because they weren't able to use as much water as you can when it's off-site. So to see this rug come back without any stains is pretty impressive!

I was really impressed with Clean As Snow. I now know the owner directly! Helped me out in a pinch, (the in-laws coming into town) and was direct and fair!

The team was super efficient, arrived right on time, and worked in an organized way. They were friendly and reliable, making the whole house cleaning service a breeze. I especially appreciated how quickly they tackled the carpet cleaning. Excited to book them again for my next move out cleaning or whatever I might need cleaned! After using Molly Maid of Western Fairfax for the better part of a decade, I have to come to let potential clients know NOT to use this company. The cleaning crews are often careless and they broke or damaged many small items in my house over the years (picture frames, pulls on drawers, bathtub knob, bottoms of walls and furniture). We never asked for them to repair the items. However, last month they broke a $250 collectible, and didn't tell us. When we called the next day to report the breakage (and send photos), they refused to take responsibility, stopped returning our calls, and told us they had dropped our house key in the mail. If you choose this company because you think they are licensed and insured and thus you are protected - think again. They will not take responsibility because they know most people will not bother suing them for small items. The corporate office apologized to us, but said this is a franchise and they cannot force them to act responsibly. If you care about your belongings, look elsewhere.
