I use Hamid and American Hi Tech for all my HVAC needs. He's very professional, always on time, reasonable prices and highly technical. In addition to servicing the heating and air conditioning at my residence, he also takes care of my rental units as well. He recently did a complex water heater install for me at a condo unit. This required extensive plumbing expertise and equipment in addition to hvac knowledge. I highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

Was given a service window from 8-12, was called around 11 saying that they'd be late. I asked them to keep me in the loop on time they would be by. I tried calling back multiple times to check when exactly they would be here as I couldn't wait around all day. Finally received a call at 245 that they'd be there in a couple minutes. I was out grabbing lunch and asked them to wait for me to get back. They decided not to and told me that they'd give my warranty company a call to reschedule. That conversation never happened, even when calling Hi-Tech back directly and they decided to give me the run around.
After two weeks, finally was able to get my home warranty company to get in touch with Hi-Tech, who said that they would not attempt to reschedule because I had missed my appointment window.
Cherry on top is that they charged the warranty company for the service and neglected to tell them that they had been late for their appointment.
