We were very please with the service we received. Jimmy, Carlos and Ryan show up on time, answer all our questions and perform a professional job in installing a new air conditioner unit and coils. Willy also was great to work with, in inspecting our unit and giving us our options with a formal quote. Also enjoyed talking with Mike who we knew from Regency Golf.

Installed a new heat pump for me and did a pretty good job. Decent attention to detail and price was reasonable. Unfortunately, follow up and service is either incompetent or deceitful. When doing a seasonal inspection was informed that one of my heat pumps had a bad defrost board and it could be replaced ($500) but might be better to go ahead and replace the whole unit. I did my own investigation and determined pretty quickly that the thermostat had been miswired and there was nothing wrong with the compressor. Last straw - received an email from them indicating:
"Remember, it is a requirement of the manufacturer to have your equipment inspected semi-annually in order to keep your warranty in place. Our maintenance agreement is the most cost effective way to have this important maintenance performed. When would be a good day for us to come out? "
This is false. The warranty does require maintenance but does require you to have your equipment inspected. This is dishonest and attempts to scare a customer into signing up for a maintenance agreement.

Horrible experience, office staff and management were no help whatsoever, completely useless and rude. I was told I’d need a completely new unit and there was no way to fix it. I tried to get an explanation and they couldn’t answer my questions just kept trying to give me the runaround. Ended up getting a second opinion and it was fixed on the spot for a just under $200 not the thousands garneski tried to scam me out of. Just another company looking to take advantage and over charge for unnecessary services, glad I ended up going elsewhere and saved thousands. I would never recommend anyone this company, from over charging, terrible customer service and a rude gm. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Zero stars!
