We were very please with the service we received. Jimmy, Carlos and Ryan show up on time, answer all our questions and perform a professional job in installing a new air conditioner unit and coils. Willy also was great to work with, in inspecting our unit and giving us our options with a formal quote. Also enjoyed talking with Mike who we knew from Regency Golf.

The tech (Willie) was obviously knowledgeable and experienced. He listened well, diagnosed issues quickly, and answered questions clearly. Currently waiting for a part, but I have no doubt the installation will be top-notch, just like every other experience I've had with Garneski. Very glad I stumbled onto them.

Garneski is very responsive, well organized and punctual. Technician Willie Dodd arrived on time, was very careful to cover his shoes before stepping into the apartment. He checked and rechecked his work to make sure that the heating system was working well. He explained the maintenance work he had done. I am very pleased with the Garneski service. Thank you.

Amazing company, with honest and hardworking folks from start to finish. Very fair pricing and they were punctual, communicative and worked late to ensure they got the job done. Every aspect of the job mattered to them, for instance there were a few things they needed from the shop and a few things from a part that was shipped, but wasn't 100% functional. Well supervised and sharp folks who were not afraid to go the distance to ensure the job was done right: They kept one crew on site to keep working while their crew chief drove out to get a replacement piece so the job was 100% w/o any loose ends when they were finished. I would trust them with any job and certainly give them the highest recommendation I've given for a service and installation company.

Just reached out to Garneski Sterling several months after an installation to ask for warranty information from our sales rep. (No problem with the installation or the product--just wanted the info.) Sydney answered the phone and had the warranty info over to me for our particular HVAC in minutes. Really impressive customer service!

Had a new furnace and water heater installed by Garneski. The service technicians Carlos and Elijah were impressively knowledgeable about the products installed. I had a cooling system installed last summer and I was so happy with the work which is why I did not hesitate to have this most recent work completed as well. Garneski is professional all the way !

Mr. Garneski came out to my Condo himself. He understood that I would not be able to afford to replace the entire system and sold me only the parts I needed.

There was an issue getting the part but the good folks at Garneski let me know well before the appointment date for my installation. I found the staff very friendly and easy to work with.

When the day came to install my new Compressor the gentlemen who performed the work took great care to protect my condo while they moved the bulky and heavy parts in. They were very efficient in installing the unit and were completed in about 4 hours.

The unit has been in service for several months now and is working great!

An email was sent that the service technician was on his way. Brian was very personable and courteous and thorough in his work. He gave us some recommendations for an alarm system to shut down the unit in the case there should be a water leak coming from the unit. Excellent service all around.

Absolutely LOVE their customer service! Tawanda(sp) was super friendly, patient, and informative on the phone. Was able to quickly dispatch someone earlier than the time expected. Jose A. was our tech. I really appreciated how quickly he responded, super respectful, professional, and even wore a mask and booties on his shoes w/o me having to ask! Got the job done quickly. Was so pleased I signed on for a one-year contract. Highly recommend!

I have always received very good service from Garneski's A/C. Their techs are knowledgeable and thorough in their service, Carlos runs thru what he will be checking on my unit before he starts, and, then gives me an detailed accounting of what he found after completing his service check. I can highly recommend Garneski's, very professional service.

We had the technician Oscar come today to our house to assess our broken unit. He was a very professional and knowledgeable man. He did a thorough job of checking every possibility of the unit not working to ensure either an easy fix or entire replacement. I enjoyed his services as we are renters and I felt as though he was honest and kind. He also noticed some other extreme dangers with our unit/ furnace and took the measures necessary to ensure our safety. He was clean and equipped with all the safety precautions as well. I have been dealing with Garneski for a number of years. Their technicians are all excellent. Their technical knowledge is first class. They are friendly, accommodating, and efficient professionals. The prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. I had them install a new HVAC system six years ago and have a 10-year warrantee and maintenance contract with them. They check out my system twice a year and do any needed maintenance. The system they installed works beautifully and the only payments I have made in the past six years are the annual maintenance fees.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was great. Mike was very prompt in providing estimates, including revisions over the weekend, and took the time to detail all the options without any pressure or upselling. The installation team was very accommodating to our busy schedule and was efficient and clean with their work. Jimmy was very thorough in explaining how to use the new smart system with zoning. We have already noticed a huge improvement in the comfort of our home. Many thanks to all.

Had my Ac system checked for performance. The office called to provide an update on when the tech would be here which was a nice service and the technician was very pleasant, friendly and performed to service quickly and efficiently.
