Jerson came over to service my mom’s townhouse the day after Christmas. We reached out to about five places in the Herndon area, but no one could help us with the sewer blockage. Fortunately, Jerson from Cardinal was able to help. He patiently identified the issue, was very knowledgeable, and personally made sure everything was sorted out quickly. It was such a relief to have someone like Jerson, who is so dedicated and helpful.

They were nice enough to waive the $97 doller 'dispatch' fee (even though I think that amount is crazy to come and look at the problem). I was then quoted 3 different 'packages' the cheapest of which was $600 and the one suggested was $1k. They will upcharge you and include things you probably don't need.

They also have a 6 hr window of time so you will likely need to wait and sit around for the technician to contact you in that 6 hour window.

I got the same job done with a local handyman for $250. They are overpriced. Technician was nice and understanding and was not pushy about getting the job completed.

Jay from Cardinal Plumbing was outstanding! He took the time to really listen to my concerns and was incredibly thorough during my HVAC checkup. He carefully checked everything, explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and was completely honest and transparent the entire time. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend Jay; he absolutely deserves the recognition!
