I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jamal for his excellent service during our recent plumbing appointment.
Jamal was very professional, courteous, and empathetic throughout the visit. He took the time to listen, clearly explained the situation, and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. Even with a few unexpected challenges, he remained calm and resourceful and was ultimately able to complete the job successfully. He went above and beyond to help us as customers. His approach made a big difference in our overall experience. He is definitely a valuable member of the team!

Our main toilet was running. I called pretty late in the day and they had someone out the first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it continued to run after the plumber left (very slightly and only for a second). I called back and the plumber was back out. Turns out parts needed to be ordered. They called as soon as the parts came in and had 2 plumbers back out the next day. Problem 100% fixed.
The staff from the front office to the 3 plumbers (one was Jamal)were wonderful! So friendly, polite, and courtesy. All 3 plumbers were also amazing with my large attention seeking dogs!
They are extremely reasonable with rates.
We will continue to use them!

My garbage disposal was leaking last night when I found water all over my kitchen floor. My landlord called Wacker and they came this morning and replaced disposal so I'm grateful for that but don't expect friendliness. When I met plumber and his assistant at my door this morning there was no exchange of greeting. When I'd ask a question there was silence and I'd have to say "hello?" Just not friendly in the least and when they were done the assistant left without saying goodbye and the plumber left a moment after the assistant and barely acknowledged me. Not looking for a pen pal but a little cordiality would have been nice.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were awesome. They arrived on time. We’re clean. The cost was unreal ( 1/3 the price of ME flow ) and their work was flawless. I plan and will use them for my future plumbing needs. In this day and age of being ripped off it’s a real pleasure to deal with a honest company. Thank you.

The Plumber Jamal from Wacker Plumbing Company showed up exactly on time, swiftly replaced 2 water hookups and was a professional in every sense. Gail, the person who answers the phone line, was also great. Price is fair. A great company for plumbing!

I was able to schedule a quick service within a day to replace my garbage disposal. Communication was prompt and they were able to work around my schedule. I will certainly be using Wacker Plumbing again in the future!

I woke up at 2:00 AM with water leaking through the ceiling into the living room. I checked with my neighbor and she recommended Wacker Plumbing. She does research before hiring anyone. I called at 6:55 AM, and at 10:30 AM the plumber and helper came. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a supply line gone bad. Had the part on the truck. Prompt service, high quality service at a fair price. Cannot beat that!

Highly recommend! The team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a two-day job for a reasonable price, and their communication through the process gave me confidence in their expertise.

Had Nick come to Roman tub filler handles which had broken off. I had shared a phone of the "good" handle and he showed up on time with all the needed parts.

Nick came today to install a new sump pump and repair a broken water pipe. He was attentative, down to business, and did an excellent job. I have found that Wacker is particularly good to deal with because I can trust them. They do what they tell you they will do when they tell you they will do it. They stand behind their work and their prices are approrpiate, fair and toatlly up front with no surprises. They were pleasant when making the appointment and helpful about any questions I had. All in all, my experiences with them over the years have been great.

Nick did a great job identifying the reason for the leak under the toilet tank and installing new rubber grommets and flushing mechanism.

Just wanted to let someone know that this was driving like a maniac on the 7 today (12DEC24). In the 10 minutes we were in mild traffic he cut me off from a left turn lane to go straight through an intersection. After that weaved through stop and go traffic like he thought he was max verstappen.

Someone might want to speak with this dude. Not sure if I’d feel comfortable with a person like this in my house doing work if they can’t be trusted to safely drive a vehicle.

I called Wacker at around 6:00 pm yesterday and left a message. The water heater they installed 18 months ago was no longer heating the water. They returned my call at 8:00 this morning, had a technician at my house by 10:15, and I had hot water by 11:00 after the tempering valve was replaced. The only thing that could have been better is if the part were covered under the warranty.
Jamal was professional, courteous, and did a great job.
I highly recommend Wacker Plumbing.

Wacker Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing business for 17 years and has performed tasks related to gas line relocation, water heater and garbage disposal replacement, faucet installations, and plumbing inspection and repair in my 1963 Sterling Park rambler. They meet my gold standard of a family-run business with highly competent and friendly staff who have no interest in cheating you out of your money. Recently I called them to insect a very smelly (to my special nose) shower drain. Jamal was there the same day, was very respectful and knowedgeable, assured me the drain structure was fine, and recommended cleaning practices that were safe for the pipes. I will keep using Wacker!

For over 20 years we have used Wacker Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. We have especially been grateful for working with Jamal the last five years. He is always professional, diligent, patient, and trustworthy. Always a pleasure to work with!

Not only did Joe from Wacker Plumbing and Heating Inc. show up, but he showed up early, and on short notice. The job was a little pricey, but it was also complex--and worth every penny. Joe made quick work of a mysterious leak under my kitchen sink that had a part of my basement pretty wet. Thank you, Joe, and thank you Wacker Plumbing! I would definitely reach out to you again.
