Last fall, I called to have the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned at my business in Sterling. I saw an online special for $99, so I scheduled a cleaning. There was a red light on my dryer and it wasn’t drying well. The technician, Donovan, arrived quickly the next day and checked everything out. He cleaned the vent and the dryer thoroughly. Donovan explained that there was extra work needed because the vent exit was in a tricky spot on the side of the building, which required a higher charge than the original quote. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was working before he left. A few months later, the same dryer issue happened. Since the work was under a one-year warranty, Jacob came out for a follow-up cleaning at no extra charge. He was very professional and made sure the dryer was working perfectly again. Overall, with the one-year warranty, the service was a great value. The team was prompt, professional, and made sure the job was done right. I recommend making sure to discuss all the details up front so you know what to expect, but I was happy with the results and would use their air duct cleaning services in Sterling again.

We are very impressed with the thorough job Jacob did cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. He was knowledgeable and shared helpful tips on how to maintain everything. We highly recommend Smart Sterling Air Duct Cleaning and will definitely use their services again.
