Our experience with the technician name Trey was good. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get to the root of the problem immediately. Our ac is working now. He cleaned the clogged tube and quoted us a reasonable price. I am definitely a happy customer.

M & J Services are the BEST! Hands down! Krystal in the office provides absolutely fantastic administrative service, the attention to detail is above par. Mike and Trey installed new units in my house and I am thoroughly pleased. They also did work at a relatives house in the past and they are equally pleased. Knowledgeable, pleasant, cooperative and very professional; all the way around. This 5 star review only adds to all the other 5 star reviews they already have!

I had a few issues with my A/C this summer. Tray came out and did a wonderful job to get the A/C back up and running. We appreciate his professionalism and his hardwork to fix our unit. Also I would like to thank Crystal as well for scheduling and keeping us updated with our appointments. I would definitely recommend M and J services.

I have been using M&J for my HVAC for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough good about this company and my technician Trey. The company is honest, reliable, professional and very trustworthy. My technician Trey goes above and beyond every time. They take really good care of me every time. I highly recommend M&J and Trey 100%.

My husband and I have been using M&J Services for a few years now. We decided to use M&J’s biannual maintenance and cleaning service after they came to the rescue when our AC stopped working two summers in a row. Not only did they revolve and repair our AC when it stopped working, but they have kept it in pristine condition and we have not had any problems since receiving their services. This company excels expectations in professionalism, prompt timing, communication, and their services. Trey is a valuable asset to their team and has done a wonderful job with our repair and maintenance. He is polite, professional, and does an amazing job each time he is here.

Trey, Mike and Jordan did an excellent job installing a new AC, they also made sure to install additional parts to prevent future damage. Very thankful for the professional communication, installation and flexibility of M&J.

My 40 yr old/original HVAC SYSTEM finally died the end of May 2025. I’ve lived in my home for 17 yrs and the last 10 yrs, the system survived on luck, tender loving care and warranty companies. It outlived its projected service life by many years.

Upon death, the home warranty company assigned my claim to M&J Services of Suffolk, Va. Krystal was the first employee I encountered upon contacting the company. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficienty got me scheduled in minimal time. Mike, Jordan(Sp) and Trae, “Forever known as the DynamicThree” were superb in analyzing my situation, diagnosing the necessary fix/corrective actions, expediently removing my dead system and installing the replacement in minimal time! Exceptionally noteworthy was their recognizing my chronic conditions that limited my mobility and going the extra mile to accommodate such during the removal/installation process. Their professionalism, customer service skills and technical knowledge/expertise, I found to be superb as the took the time to answer all questions and explain every thing in HVAC for beginners language! They are well recommended.

M & J services HVAC did what three other contractors failed to do. We were without AC for nearly a month during a heat wave. M &J was sent a technician, Tray, out who diagnosed the problem and immediately initiated the process to Remove and replace the entire system. Despite having to deal with a third party warranty company ,which can sometimes cause delays, M&J expedited the installation by moving the service date forward from Tuesday to Sunday! Jorden and Tray arrived exactly when they said they would. I found them to be respectful, knowledgeable and professional. My family, Mrs. and three children, had AC back in less than 5 hours despite Tray and Jorden having to overcome some inherent issues with the condenser unit. The refrigerant was over serviced from the factory. As a retired Air Force and FAA licensed aircraft mechanic I can tell you only top tier mechanics can do what they did. Hire them, you won’t be disappointed. They exceeded my expectations. Coodoes

I've been using this company for the past two years and have always been pleased with their service. Recently, I had to replace my AC unit, and Trayvon, along with a young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, I believe she's the owners daughter, handle the job. Both were very professional and efficient. Trayvon in particular has always been kind, courteous, and takes the time to explain everything clearly whenever I have questions. I'm very satisfied with the work done and I will definitely recommend the company to my family and friends.

The Technicians were polite and arrived on time. They did an outstanding job on removing and replacing my A/C system. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all trash and debris was cleaned up. I 100% satisfied...

Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part, tested the AC, and was gone in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and obviously knowledgeable about ACs units. If I have AC problems in the future M&J Services is in my phone list.
